what blows my mind is that mountain view at one point millions of years ago was covered by miles of ice, then melted and left that behind,,,,,, amazing. that last clip is so familiar been there done that. just breath
Beautiful indeed in the bright sunshine. Wonder what it's like in grey November ;-) If Norway was not that far away... The Mediterranean is much much nearer to my place with more of my favourite temperatures. Anyway, it's great to travel with you digitally. Günter/Nürnberg
Then, I shouldn't be watching these videos as I wish to make the same trip one day? 😆 No worries ... I'll continue living my life vicariously through you guys ... for now.
Great video you two, stunning scenery. Martha you did that hike like a mountain goat, you’re really into it now… What an amazing location, thanks for taking us along. Imagine spending your whole trip on a busy camp site..how do people do it. Looking forward to the next one 😊
WOW. Loving your trip guys. Martha to have come so far since you passed your test incredible. Mitch your truly a funny bloke. Brilliant and thanks for sharing your experiences from Van Life to this incredible trip... Thats twice I have used Incredible (3 times now ) :) ....
jess Lofoten is one of the bjutifull places you haw to visit in Norway but just wait to you com farther south there you will find some of the best motorcycle roads in Europa and a stunning vue just around the next corner first time op there wee had to decide to not stopping to take pictures if wee vaunted to rice the next cottise before they were closing for the night
Please be kind to the gulls. In the last 50 years 80% of sea birds have gone from Norway, so we're in a seabird catastrophy right now. Out of the seven types of sea gulls only one is _not_ locally endangered, critically endangered or vulnerable. The seagull Mitch was "having fun with" seemed like a herring gull, which while not being seen as world-wide threatened is considered locally endangered and we have been losing a lot of those gulls rapidly the past decades. Since you're a guest in our country I expect you to have some respect for the local wildlife. Don't be the stereotypical British tourist who thinks they own the world when they travel.
and bey the way they haw something called all mans right op there so you can put your tent op everywhere if you find a good spot that is not someone's front lawn ore protected bey fens
I've stayed at the same campsite twice, ridden a motorcycle on the same roads, done the same hike, and also flown drones on the same peak. There were a lot of steps up the stairs to get there, but well worth it. Love Lofoten!
Such a beautiful country, lovely people, great food, fantastic scenery - just a shame it is so expensive to visit. p.s. I guess the word you were seeking was Superlatives?
YES, THAT WAS NOT GOOD, CLOSING TOILETS AT NIGHTS. AT A CAMPING SITE, THE TOILET AND SHOWERS ARE MOST IMPORTANT, AND I THINK IT SHOULD BENEFIT ALL VISITOR'S!
Seriously?... moaning about having to fork out 30 quid to stay in that location?.... and really enjoy your vids but deffo not a fan of the sniffy attitude toward fellow travellers...maybe remind yourself that they're there for the exact same reason you are...
@@Chloe-ei9iw Yet the campground is completely full, so clearly it's fair market value. The irony is that Mitch and Martha are contributing to making it worse both by being there, and then again by sharing the experience and making more people want to go. Lofoten is drowning in tourists.
''oh look, there's a bouncy thing'' classic Marth 🤣🤣❤
This is where I grew up :)

You were SO lucky with the weather! It rains a lot here in Norway!
Depending on where you are, of course. The country is 1,100 miles long, with about 17,991 miles of coastline (google). Not counting the islands.
All I keep thinking is, just wait til you get to western Norway too! Hehe Thanks for loving my country so far! Really enjoying this series. 😊
Western Norway is great, but nothing beats Lofoten.

It was worth it!!!
Seeing your video of cappadocia makes me want to go…I’m planning a visit
Thought you said a mountain but it's just a little hill at 448 meters above sea level so it's nice relaxed strawl:)
15:06 There is two sets of showers and toilets. One is allways open..
Great vid
every time i watch i think 'how are they charging everything'. now i know.
I never saw a tank bag!!!

All the time the right mirror of my Hondas get loose, I do not know why.😂
Interesting, have fun. I wonder how you will fare when you aren’t traveling?

Watch the speedlimits or the trip can become very expensive.
Hikes are just walks that SUCk!!!
is your bike in kmph or mph

30 quit to put up a tent and be unable to go for a piss at night is steep
@@Chloe-ei9iw It's Norway. Everything is steep here. Like a "half litre" of beer (almost a pint) is like £6.50
@@Chloe-ei9iw
The possibility of taking a shower should not be underestimated while on the road.

Complaining about paying $30. Stay home
