can i ask ... should i grab tamayura eventhough i did not have kawasohime yet? or just grab it and grab kawasohime later

You can grab it, it's still solid without kawasohime but the persona ride consistency and numbers from riding the other version of Tamayura might hit you when you need it the most. Also kawasohime is a good early game card.
