Halbert says clerk’s office caught up on license plates, blames county for mail delay

The Shelby County Clerk says her office is all caught up with a backlog of license plates after she claims mailing services have slowed down progress.

Pathetic I had to drive hours to get my tags after paying 3 months ago. They never mailed them. You need to vote her out and get a competent person in charge.

I'll not vote for her again. I'm still waiting for my license after 3 months. They all blame each other.
