  • Back to eating a spicy papaya salad because my eyes are getting better.
    Ingredients & Method:
    Pound dried chilies, garlic and crab paste together.
    Add tamarind juice, fish sauce, syrup, MSG, lemon juice and wedges, tomatoes.
    Pound celery and morning glory together. Then, add rice vermicelli and stir gently (Do not pound the vermicelli).
