Hey, which glasses do you recommend that have multiple lenses? I couldn't find a good one but I have a feeling I wasn't looking in the right place.
Also, preferably light-weighted glasses as it hurts my nose after a while when I wear glasses in general idk why

you should really overdub your audio channel, the wind and distance from the microphone makes it difficult to hear your instructions - i am not being critical, i am a fan and love your content, but this one needs some editing, in my opinion

Porque todos enseñan a tener los brazos atrás ...cuando el.movimiento debe ser armónico...que vicio más ineficiente para la coordinación es una técnica para pruebas de fondo...no para ejercicios básico
