Sir I am a Inter Student. I have one doubt regarding "AS MAY BE PRESCRIBED" term which is used in our Law. If they have mentioned "AS MAY BE PRESCRIBED" in any provision, the Central Govt can make some amendments and no bill is required to be passed and no need any approval of Rayjasabha and Loksabha. But What about President's Assent ? That is also not required aah?
