When the temperature dips below zero, you may have difficulty talking. A few years ago when I was filming at the Great Wall in winter, where the temperature was minus 12 deg C in the daytime, my upper lips became numb and I was slurring while speaking.
Thank you, it is a place I used to live in years ago so it was a walk I wanted to record despite it not being a tourist destination. Sometimes it is nice to cover more residential areas. :)
It's part of the metropolitan area, so a small place to those who are use to big cities. One of the reasons I was eager to move away originally, but I am fond of it now. :)

A wonderful walk thru Tikkurila Vanataa. Buildings here are slightly newer than those we have seen so far. The audio is much better now.
