The only criticism I have here is in the English translation, when adding the beaten egg whites, DO NOT "mix well" - FOLD them in, otherwise you will beat out all the air in the mixture and it will end up like a lump of lead. Keep the mixture light, and your cake will be light too.
Wonderful, can't wait to try this! It looks like eggs + sweetened condensed milk could be the basis for experimenting with a variable 3rd ingredient to make all kinds of cakes; seeing this video has opened my eyes to many ideas now because I've made my 3-Ingredient Crowd-Pleaser for many years using those two ingredients: - 2 eggs + one 14-oz can of sweetened condensed milk, - Instead of the Cream Cheese, the 3rd ingredient is 1 1/4 cup of pine nuts. - If desired, add a 4th ingredient: 1/4 cup of coconut flakes and reduce the pine nuts accordingly, which is what I do. - Put all ingredients together in a blender and mix/chop until pine nuts are no longer visible. - Pour the smooth mixture into an 8-inch cake pan lined with parchment paper (grease both sides of the paper), - Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees (preheat oven). - After cooling, transfer the cake from the pan to a plate and sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Thank you!
Made this today and it is very tasty. Will make it a keeper recipe. A tip for the translator - please stipulate to line a 20cm/8inch ring-form cake tin/pan, not a baking sheet. My cake was only 3cms high so didn't look as thick as in video. Wondering if I did something wrong or if cake in video actually had double (or 1.5 times) more ingredients to make it look thicker.
Yes - especially for making meringue. I separate my eggs when cold and beat them at room temp. I think I would add a bit of vanilla to this recipe as well. 😉
Let me give you a tip. At some point you put paper in to the baking form. Please before you put it in maken a ball of the paper in you hands and wrinkle it well. Then unfold and put in to the form. It will be much easier. Kind regards, Dennis

I'm often frustrated because most comments for a recipe are like "looks amazing. I'll try." instead of "I actually made this today and it was great". Well I see a few here who actually did try and say it was delicious. That was helpful.
I am looking at the pictures of the finished cake as she is cutting a piece and it looks to me as if the bottom half of the cake is a shade darker and perhaps not completely done? I would like my cake to be completely fluffy and done as the top half is. Was is perhaps the baking method that caused this?

I'm certain the baker did that off camera so as to make it look more effortless, and to save us all some time, but it doesn't hurt mentioning it. Some less experienced bakers/cooks might not think to do it. Yes, the bowls should be emptied better by scraping them out with a soft spatula or large spoon. I will also mention there wasn't enough room in the cake pan to put any more batter in, if that happens you should've used a larger pan, but no worries, you can make a separate "mini" cake alongside it. It'll cook faster though, so check it about 3/4th of the way through to see if it's done. hopefully your oven has a window for that. The cake looks great, and I love the ingredients, and I especially like that there's no flour or starch!

Today my tasters (husband and son) will have a treat.
How did It turn out?
To me and my family, it just tasted like very smooth scrambled eggs. It was a lot of work to make scrambled eggs this way. I did add some lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
Thank you. The result looked sketchy to me on the video. Your comment was helpful
I was also thinking to add vanilla extract as well
Yummy Yummy Cindy thank you for sharing enjoy your weekend
That looks so tender and delicious! Thank you very much for this fabulous recipe! Can't wait to try it!!
We call it magic custard cake. I use a tsp of vanilla too. It is delicious!!
I just found your channel and watched this video. This cake looks delicious! I do not have any of the ingredients. :( I will make sure to make a list for the next time I go grocery shopping.

Perfect ..... especially when you have a small dinner party good to put in individual ramekins and then dust with flour with a nice vanilla cream mixed with some brandy !!

Philadelphia. Nice! Thank you for sharing.
Интересный рецепт! Приготовлю обязательно! Спасибо!
Whoever is making this cake, you have the cutest chubby little hands!
This looks so delicious. Something my Great Grandma from Germany would have made. Thank you
I am very pleased to watch you bake your delicious looking cake. Love the flowers on the table, love your cute hands, I was thinking of a little girl baking. But we should all learn to do metrics and kilograms which are used in Mexico n other countries. You don't have to do everything for us. Thank you for your time and talent n sharing things we did not know. I will try your recipe. We use Monkfruit sweetener from the Himalayas. It doesn't affect diabetics glucose.
Hi, love to watch your videos.
This recipe any replacement for condensed milk? Pls reply.
I made it keto by using whipping cream and pure cane sugar replacement to make sweetened condensed milk. It was great! Thank you
😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇
are you sure cane sugar is acceptable in a keto diet? i have not heard that.
Genius! This is one item that will be a huge hit @ Next “Framily gato! Thank you for posting this
Lecker - Mniamniam 😍 👍 🍰
Yummy !!! Can’t wait to make this!
Looks delicious! Do you know if it could be baked in a steam oven instead of using a water bath? If so, what percent of steam would you use? Thank you so much.
This sounds delish! I'd like to try it as individual servings in cupcake liners!
That ought to work well. I’ve done that with extra “cheesecake” filling when making Black Bottom Cupcakes.
Update: Fail!
They were beautiful when I turned off the heat to let them cool...30 minutes later? A half inch tall and gummy in texture.
What did I do wrong??
Wish I knew bcuz I was going to try it.
@@annettehenry1368 Give it a try, maybe you'll get it right and can suggest what I did wrong. Good Luck!
@@pollyb.4648 Only thing I could guess is when incorporating the egg whites... Video states to mix well but they really should be folded in... Stir too much and they will lose the volume that whisking gives them... I haven't tried it but it sure looks yummy 😋
Obožujem sirovo torto in rale recept je enostaven a očitno vreden da ga preizkusim. Hvala za recept !!
Definitely on my list to cook this week! Thank you for the video.
Thank you! Glad you liked it 🥰
Hello Helen
Looks fantastic! Needs some touch of citrus I think. I love making cheesecakes...it's all chemistry!
I was thinking vanilla or lemon zest ???
I've been looking at some delicious, easy , less ingredients the better, cake...this looks like it so I have it a go tomorrow, it looks fantastic and and there's no flour, which is excellent. Thank you so much for the video.
I send this comment because, I just saw your video. And for the first time. Thank you again. Have a nice day.🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹❤️😘🙋♀️
Any dessert with cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk has got to be good! I am dying to know what this cake is called and is it from a particular country?
Japanese
Cake originated in Germany and knocked off by a Japanese chef
Super leckere und schnelle Rezepte👍
I have to make this! Looks delicious & easy to make! Thank you very much!
Terimakasih sudah berbagi resep... Mudah dipahami, sukses selalu untuk anda..
I’m in the US and I find that with my oven at 360F, it needs to bake for 55-60 minutes
So recipe says 45-50 minutes; Did you "let it cool in the oven for 30 minutes" after turning oven off, or did you take it out after 55-60 minutes? Curious because I"m going to try this after making no-sugar condensed milk.
@@annbinder8680 yes, I let it cool in oven afterwards
@@annbinder8680 curious, how did it taste with no-sugar condensed milk?
Das sieht ganz lecker aus ,klasse 👍👍
