100% polyester is always recommended for all actual dye sublimation transfers @ 380 degrees or more for quality results. Most sublimation applications leave ink on the special dye-sub paper, it's the naure of DYE SUBLIMATION printing. White, Yellow, Cream or very light Pink work best. However dye sub works on most all colors of polyester materials or polyester coated items like mugs, metals (aluminum is best) and even glass. It's also really hard if not impossible to get the correct pressure required without a clamshell or similar style press. For one off or just a few shirts you might try a local craft club to share a press and or printer in your area. Would also be a great business to invest in, providing rental equipment and instructions for those who don't want to spend $1,200.00 - $1400.00 on start up equipment? Have fun and happy T Shirt making!
I haven't done a sub shirt yet but I've read the polyester count of min 65% is what you need. It looks like a lot of the ink was left on the a sub paper. So maybe more pressure. I love the design by the way ❤️.
Thank you Denise, you are correct! It was first time doing a sublimation. So I learned several things to do different next time! Thank you for watching!

Thank you so much for your input! It makes sense about the polyester and also the type Of press I used! Thanks for watching!
That's cool I'd buy one
besides the more polyester comment if the shirts were a lighter color the ink would have shown up better. Love the design!
Thank you for your comments. It’s true first shirt, sure have learned a lot! 😉
