Like you said, it means you can close your eyes whenever you want, even if it isn't necessarily a 'sleep' ASMR.
samuel is my favorite for this genre! he has such a calming lighting setup, and i love his seamless switch between whisper and soft spoken. it’s never too harsh :D u did such a fantastic job and i hope u do it again 😮 ❤❤

Any other recommendations for ASMR creators for anxiety/panic and/or loneliness?
