Nah, I find that the new issue isn’t that people aren’t on support characters, it’s that they are but just aren’t healing. I’ve had countless lobbies where we have a Lucio who seemingly doesn’t realise that he can actually heal people.
'Mas Res' was not OP, the Reworked 'Rez on E' was (along with 'Moth Meta'). Then the litteral 'YEAR OF NERFING' that Mercy got, because 'Rez on E' was so OP, was horrible.
@@roseblite6449 i mean mass res was a guaranteed potg if mercy just hid and waited for everyone to die. Plus it could completely turn a team fight around
@@roseblite6449 Sure Mercy was more powerful with her e ability, but not by much. She went from being the meta support to literally having a 100% pick rate in all ranks. Super powerful in both instances.

We had warned Blizzard that would happen, but they didn't listen because they wanted Mercy for Pro Players. At higher levels original Mercy was about useless.
I hope you guys make more Overwatch stuff in the future. With all these additional characters that has been added since the last one you made, it'd be interesting to see what you'll do with them. 🙂

Eh maybe maybe not. It can be annoying to be in repetitive matches with no healing. Especially if fighting a team with supports on them. It is just a instant disadvantage. If you go support enough, it just enables others to do as they please. Before ya know it, your either a support main or just forced to because your team will lose if you do not. But at the same time, expecting people to always play support is just as aggravating. People like playing other classes to. It's just drawing the line to balance both sentiments out that is the problem. Something the devs have attempted to balance with incentives. Im glad they updated it at least.

They removed it because it encouraged passive play from Mercy during clutch moments... I really miss it though :(
