Strange Brake issue with Honda CRX

We were called in to check out a B20 swapped Honda CRX that had a strange brake issue. The pedal was super stiff and it barely had any brake stopping force. Generally felt like a bad power brake booster. Customer then reported that the Master Cylinder, Brake Booster, front pads, rotors, and calipers had all been replaced and he wondered if it was the proportioning valve. I assured him it wasn't, so I commenced with a thorough inspection and found this. Wow! Surprising. We find some crazy stuff sometimes like this. Experience has taught us to check everything. Make no assumptions.
