Great video. For non residents like myself ( I've only been in the country for a year) it would be great to add some info about where a decent start and parking point would be and then if it's a loop or not. Loved it. Will definitely go and check it out
Hi! Thanks for watching my video and liking it! You can start at Milford Reserve and walk along the sand-there’s parking there. That’s where we started when we made our first video last year. This time, we parked at the bottom of Ocean View Road in Milford because we were running a bit late. There’s a concrete path you can take from there. The walk ends at Takapuna Beach, but it’s not a loop. You can walk back the same way or catch a bus from Takapuna. You don’t have to go all the way to the main bit of Takapuna Beach if you get tired, but you should at least check out the fossil forest. it’s really cool! It’s best to go at low tide because the rocks aren’t as slippery. We’ll add more info in the description when we can.
