No other prosecutors /judges in any other cases NEVER asked for any writte alibi from the defendant before the trial. .. this is very sus, seems as the prosecutors do not have any evidence of his guilt , and they try to make up something out from his alibi before the trial. To ask defendant for alibi before the trial is the violation of Defendants' rights bcz prosecutots haver to provie by themselves if he is guilty or not . This is the weak case
