Found out the song is called bee gees more than a woman 😂
So this is Too Much Heaven but you are right among their 2,000 songs(not all published) was More Than A Woman.
They were first massive in The UK in the Late 1960s....:)
How can you NOT know this stuff?
@@SundraTanakoh yeah
If you've seen Saturday Night Fever you know the BeeGees
OMG ahahahahhaah, no auto-tune, they are not Dimash who use AUTO-TUNE.
Bro, this was way before autotune, this is what pure talent sounds like. Any song performed live especially before 1998 has no auto tune. The Bee Gees and Whitney Houston probably have the best "no auto tune" live performances.
U GOT THAT RIGHT ! DISCO DAYS IT WAS ALL THEM I WAS THERE AT THE CLUBS IM NOT NOT YELLING JUST EASYER FOR ME TO TEXT FROM MY PHONE LOL !! SEEN THEM IN CONCERT TOO !
Freddie was pretty damn great without it. And what about Janis? Guess that ages me. lol
@@myowndrum286 First off, NO ONE can sing like Whitney, she's the g.o.a.t. Secondly, I'd venture to say who harmonizes better than the Bee Gees?
@@htbald1 True. How about The Everly Brothers? They could sing harmony beautifully too. So many long before auto-tune with amazing voices. My go-to on Sunday is Mahalia Jackson. It's hard to tell the talent from the tech now.
Righteous Brothers too!
This is the '70's - no autotune back then. Singers then had to have talent.
i miss that
Yep Bee Gee’s definitely great talent! I still listen to them almost every day
I about choked when you mentioned auto tune. No this was when singers could sing. And with actual words - not foul language and pointless utterances. Lyricism was an art in its own right & the Brothers Gibb knew how to express themselves as well as anyone. Great songwriters.
@@patriciab8876 The Bee Gees put poetry to music! Can't get better than that.
You're right, this is something that they don't do today. It's called singing.
Well said!
😂😂😂😂😂😂👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Exactly
That’s so true!
Touche!
No auto tune in 1978. Just pure talent
Cute story: when they were kids, their mom went into their bedroom to tell them to turn the radio off, but she realized it was them singing. 😏
For those of you who don't know, this is how angels sound!!!
Beegees are phenomenal. This song was written by all of the brothers and was donated to UNICEF to raise money for children. They were the first to donate a song to charity ever. They wrote and sang over a thousand songs and had phenomenal range and voices. Barry the one doing lead on this one is the eldest and the only one still living. The twins were three years younger. Maurice or Mo with the facial hair and Robin clean shaven. They started singing at 5 and 8 and their career spanned 5 decades woth all different genres. They were the group that disco was built around but they weren't a disco group. It's a crazy huge but awesome playlist. They all took turns at lead at different times. There was also a younger brother Andy who passed away very young at 30. He to was a phenomenon singer-songwriter. You should be dancing was the only song I know of with all 4 of them singing. He was 12 years younger than the twins. Back then there was no autotune it was all them. That's not a mullet lol. Tjere will never be another group like them. RIP Andy, Rob and Mo. You are missed and loved ❤
Barry passed away a couple months ago.
@@Seadansr1 don't know where you got that from but he's still alive and kicking at the moment
@@laurelcarter1573 weird cause it came up on the news he passed away. guess someone flubbed their investigating reporting
@gigi v that's great to hear. he is a legend
@@Seadansr1 I am sure his family would be surprised at this news. There was a Facebook post of him a few days ago with a picture of him and the screenwriter for the Bee Gees biopic. Barry is 75 and will turn 76 on September 1st. Barry is a musical genius who does not get the accolades he deserves!!!
At the age of 75, Barry Gibb (man in the middle) still has his own vocal skills
AND 3 albums released in the last 8 years - going into the top 10.
I couldn't agree more. What a rare gift it is. I saw Justin Hayward (also 75) in the latest 'The War of the Words' live tour a couple of weeks ago and his voice is also still immaculate, as well as Art Garfunkel live (now 80) earlier this year. The Lord must have kissed their mothers when they were born.
Barry Gibb is the big brother's Gibb and the twin ,Robin & Maurice Gibb they were talented group, Maurice was the man in the middle of the brothers.. btw Barry and Robin ...
This is from the 70s. No auto tune. It's all 100 real voices and live. Auto tune didn't even come around until some time in the late 90s.
The Bee Gees were one of the biggest groups of all time. So much to check out. They will blow your mind.
"How Deep Is Your Love" "Nights on Broadway" "Night Fever" "Stayin' Alive"
Love, love, love the Bee Gees. I am a black female, 67 yrs old, grew up with them. (A bit lengthy, but a must read.) The Bees Gees: (from left to right) Robin, Barry and Maurice (pronounced Morris) Maurice (Dec 22, 1949 - Jan. 12, 2003.) Robin (Dec. 22, 1949 - May 20, 2012.) Maurice and Robin were fraternal twins. Barry (the middle) said, 'I'm the last man standing.' He was 75 on September 1, 2021, which is also the 50th wedding anniversary with Linda. They have 5 adult children and 7 grandchildren. Barry's voice is a bit more mellow since he is older, but he continues to perform to sellout crowds!! Andy Gibb, the youngest brother, had his own successful career. He was 12 yrs younger than Barry. He and Barry looked so much alike, that they could had been twins! Andy passed away in 1988, at the age of 30. Barry stated that Andy lived the 'LA lifestyle' involving drugs, and he had heart problems. The brothers wrote all of his songs. On a side note, the first born is their sister, Lesley, who turned 78, January 12, 2022. Maurice passed on the same day as her 58th birthday. 😪Lesley didn't have an interest to be in the limelight, but she can sing. At about the age of 2, Barry reached on the table and a pot of hot tea fell on his chest and arms. You can see the shine on his chest. His mom said he did not talk for almost 2 yrs. Skin grafts were not used in the 40s, so he was in the hospital for a long time. His mom said he almost died. They wrote all of their songs, and songs for other singers, which they recorded after the songs were released for the other singers. The brothers have a VERY IMPRESSIVE catalogue of songs! I recommend the following songs: How Deep Is Your Love? ruclips.net/video/XpqqjU7u5Yc/видео.html Closer Than Close ruclips.net/video/m6XIdjEHLRs/видео.html One ruclips.net/video/KRUeMgzOCCo/видео.html You Win Again ruclips.net/video/KZY9oYSSjFI/видео.html Spirits (Having Flown) ruclips.net/video/ONmVEJnxysc/видео.html Bodyguard ruclips.net/video/Fx5XwIKCs3o/видео.html Emotion (Destiny's Child did a cover on this, but IMO Samantha Sang (original) is MUCH better. ruclips.net/video/b_wTZjo9azk/видео.html At one time 5 of their songs were in the top 10. Another time, four of the songs that were written by them for others were in the top 5. A song that Barry wrote for Andy was #2, but then it went to #1, and the Bee Gees song became #2
You need to hear them sing acapella, then you will become a believer. The Bee Gees are pure, God-given talent, unexplainable and undeniable. And no, it's not a mullet, it's a "shag" cut or "feathered".
No autotune. These three are brothers. The two on the sides are twins. And they most likely came out crying in harmony!!! These brothers are phenomenal!! WELCOME TO THE RABBIT HOLE THAT IS THE BEE-GEES!!
Welcome to the Bee Gees rabbit hole! Grew up with them. They are the greatest ever! Their music touches your heart and soul!! The list is endless! Watch Fanny be tender with my love, More than a woman. No autotune, just brothers
back when pure talent was still a thing.
Absolutely NO AUTO TUNE here....just PURE TALENT from the BEST group to EVER GRACE the music world.
Totally agree Roxanne. Far superior to the crap we have to listen to nowadays !!. Ive watched loads of these young things doing reaction videos and not one has failed to love the Bee Gees. Their music will go on and on and on... which is wonderful !!!
@@sylviaphilcox3749 It is wonderful isn't it....the Bee Gees music will never die. I have 8 grandkids and they are actually listening to them too as well as their friends. Their music spans generations.
No auto-tune, just pure talent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🎶🎶🎶
These brothers have been singing to together and writing since they were little kids. All natural talent. They have s catalog of over 1000 songs, 32 albums and 50 years performing... ❤❤❤BEE GEE'S
That's really their voices. No autotune.
This song was donated to the children of the world through UNICEF. The royalties rights etc. They were very generous to charity. It has earned about 10 million.
I was in school when this came out and one of my black classmates was teasing me saying you white people can't sing this good. Then we happened to see a picture of them and got a kick out of what they really looked like lol. Years ago a lot of times you had no idea what any of the people on the radio looked like unless you caught them on a TV show.
Too funny! 👏👏👏👏❤
Soul has no color !
@@JedStevens1234 very true. But it was funny back in the older days when you had no idea what anyone looked like that you're listening to on the radio unless you just happened to catch them on TV or they were on the album cover. So sometimes you were definitely surprised when you would finally see them on something. 🤣
No Autotune. Just great voices, back then. PURE TALENT. Staying Alive, You Win Again, Tragedy, Fanny Be Tender With My Heart ❤️
This says a lot about the state of modern music, every time young people hear this they think it’s auto tuned.
Real talent is singers is quit foreign to the younger generation.
The BeeGees was a most fantastic group. A whole different time and vibe. You would be surprised at how many songs you probably have heard and didn't know who sung them.
Yes indeed! A lot of songs that are played today are covers from their songs. IMO are no way to perfection as the original.
No auto-tuning in the 70's it's all natural!
PERFECT HARMONY. So talented. I miss these guys together.
No autotune, live with 1 mic, and an orchestra!!!
I'm 66 and watching you enjoy the Bee Gees for the first time was really great.
No auto tune, pure talent!! I hope you enjoy more from their 5+ decade catalog! Not mullet, 70s hair and clothes, love it!
Although I don't know what is so unusual about jeans and shirts. Their songs are all over YTube. Check them out.
Those flybacks!!! Can you imagine running your fingers through his hair??❤❤❤❤❤
Wow...so much time has gone by that the younger generation doesn't know who the Beegees are! Glad you got introduced to them. They are amazing!
bee gees love you inside out
Thanks for your reaction! You picked a huge classic song by Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Bee Gees. They wrote over 1000 songs and had hits in the late 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and 2001 until one of the twins died suddenly (Maurice, or "Mo") in hospital after emergency surgery.
Yepp. The iconic bee gees are kinda cool. They had half of the top 10 chart back in the day. Hits for months, 6 number ones, one after the other. None above, none beside. The hair style was a blow wave perhaps, definitely not a mullet. Barry Gibb middle, Maurice (Morris) Gibb on the right and Robin Gibb (Mo's twin) on the left. Sooo many hits to listen to. How Deep is your love is a great one, or Fanny be tender with my Love, Night Fever, Nights on Broadway, you win again, One, Alone.. Ok that's a start. Thanks btw
Words! Gotta listen to that one also!
@@gigisfinds-gaylene4193 absolutely. Forgot that one for a minute. Also Alone, don't fall in love with me... troves more.. Blue Island, run to me, ad infinitum
Their last name is "Gibb" and they're brothers... that lead to being called "The Brothers Gibb" which was shortened to the Bee Gee's and or BG's!! * to quote my Uncle... "Those cats can sing their assets off!!" No auto-tune just pure talent. One of the most successful groups and even beyond their singing was their song writing ability!! Many songs they wrote were done by some of the industy's biggest artist's and they were hits for them too! Yep, the Bee Gee's made all the girls (and some men too) ...what's the phrase? "Lose their mind and panties!!" ~lol!!
They are real brothers, grew up singing together, great harmony. Years before Autotune
Ahhhh, the Brothers Gibb. (The BG's or The BeeGees). They were huge! There was a 4th brother named Andy that had several huge hits as well, but he died young, unfortunately.
As others have said, if you listen to these older songs you need to remember that autotuning didn't exist prior to 1998. Basically, if it was done in the 20th Century, it's all talent.
Autotune didn't exist during the 70s, 80s, or 90s, dude. These guys are pure talent!
Sweetie I forget you are so young! There’s a plethora of music from the 70’s you need to hear
this group got many MANY women in the 70s to drop their panties. many children were born cause of their music lol
Yes yes yes! The beegees are incredible! They definitely had a generation of people who could not wait for their next song! They had the girls too
Pure Talent and lots of practice. Phenomenal brothers. Humble. Honest and very kind.
Gibb British Brothers.. The Bee Gees Much Talented voices !..,😙
Always love the BIG smile when Bee Gees catch people off guard!🤣🤣🤣🤣
Bee Gees are legends and incomparable. Featured in the Book of Guiness as the most successful songwriters of all times. Sir Barry Gibb along with his brods Maurice and Robin cannot be surpassed in harmonies.
It is so nice to see the younger generation enjoying the music we grew up with. No fancy studio tech stuff. Just pure music.
No they don't have mullets they have feathered hair cuts this was from the 70's. Much love to you and your family 💕Brandi Modrak 💕
The Bee Gees are a British group who were massive in the 70's 80's and beyond.
Actually Australian.
@@scootdaws25 British, they were born on the Isle of Man, which is a British protectorate to both English parents. The Isle of Man is an island between England and Ireland which is self governing but they rely on the UK for economic and military protection. Anybody born on the Isle of Man is a British citizen. They only moved to Australia when they were 12 and never got Australian citizenship, they only stayed for 9 years. So the Bee Gees are British. End of.
@@OblivionGate thanks for the input. Definitely my mistake.
@@scootdaws25 No worries, a lot of people make that mistake.
Too Much Heaven is the name of this song! Lol pure talent during a time called the disco era. However, the BeeGees are known worldwide and wrote songs for a lot of GOATS!! They are definitely one of the GOATS themselves. Barry has one of the ultimate falsetto voices on the planet, still today! 💜 He is the only survivor of this trio brother group!
I love to watch reactions to music that was the background for my teen years. This is purely them, there was no such thing as auto tune. I got to check out a lot of live music because tickets were like $10.00! Yeah I know, I’m old, but I still appreciate great rock and country music 👵🏼☮️❤️🙏🏼
Bee Gees!.. Barry Robin Maurice... Baby Brother Andy... The Gibb British Brothers
So much Talent beautiful inside out!... ;-)
It's them. I've seen them in concert several times. They blew me away each time.
Barry (middle), Robin (no beard) and Maurice Gibb. Maybe react to the official video for STAYIN ALIVE to see if that’s what you are thinking of. Other possibilities might be YOU SHOULD BE DANCING and NIGHT FEVER. You won’t be disappointed that you did!!
Old school, man, old school. I'm 60 years old, and I'm happy to see the younger generations fall in love with the way of making and singing songs from that time, which for us was absolutely normal.
No auto tune ! Pure vocals
Barry Gibb is the lead. His falsetto is unbeatable. I was born in the Disco Era (1972 to be exact). And I love and appreciate the genre to this day. Barry has written MANY tunes for other ppl as well. Many of which you've probably heard at some time or another.
You can never go wrong with the Gibb brothers.
its not autotuned, its really them, they are brothers and have been singing together all their lives. Thats the harmony
The older I get the more I realize how great it was to grow up with the music of the 70's. It never comes back
Bee Gees long time listen to them,I love there harmony there voices, there dedication, commitment, they inspired me has a new arterist singing and writing songs they reply to me on you tube dimon in heaven for me I listen bee Gees night, day, early morning when I am cooking that is how I love the songs
Best singer ,song writer duo of all times with unbeatable harmonies .Plus brothers ...
You’ve heard this group before!! Look up Stayin’ Alive and you’ll know who this group is!! These 3 men are servants, born with real talent! They sang in their bedroom as youngsters and their mother thought her sons accidentally left the radio on. Mom opened the door and realized that it was her boys singing in perfect harmony!! The cool thing about this song is that all of the proceeds from this song, even the proceeds from today, go directly to UNICEF. RIP Robin and Maurice, we love and miss you!🫶
It’s pure talent. Almost 29 yrs before auto tune. This was done live in one take and all the royalties went to UNICEF. They still do
There was no auto tune back in the 70's. The BeeGees just have pure raw talent and have a long list of hits - Stayin Alive, Night Fever, Tragedy, How Do You Mend a Broken Heart, Jive Talkin, Alone, You Win Again, Spirits Having Flown, One, How Deep Is Your Love, Love You Inside Out, and more.
At one stage they were the 3rd biggest record (cd) selling act in music history ,only to be beaten by Elvis and the Beatles!!!
This what talent sounds like. One of \ if not the best group ever. Brothers, artists, musicians, family, as for as talent that had it in spades.
Thanks young man. For being open minded. No these brothers starting singing together at ages 5 7 and 9
There will never be another Barry Gibbs or the band. They wrote all their songs ...and what u see an orchestra and them is what u get. No technology or anything. I still can cry listening to their songs...thnx
That was mid-'70s, WAY before any auto-tune was thought of. Pure talent!
Barry, Maurice and Robin, the BROTHERS Gibb. Their DNA makes their voices blend so well. RIP Maurice and Robin.
This was 1978 - no auto tune - just super amazing voices. Barry (lead) Robin (no beard) Maurice (darker hair and beard). Robin and Maurice are twins and brothers of Barry.❤
The more Bee Gees you play the better! They wrote over a 1000 songs but not all were for them, they wrote for many artists!
No autotune. This was recorded in the late 70s. Autotune wasn't invented until the 90s. This is pure talent. As for his hair, no, it's not a mullet. A mullet is short in the front and long in the back. Barry's hair is long all around.
I absolutely LOVE it when the younger generation discovers music from the past and appreciates the artistry and talent inherent in these lovely classics. I'm learning to enjoy current contributions as well and will always believe that music is transcendent and magical in it's own unique way. Nice post...
This is not the fake untalented voices of today that need a computer to enhance their voices this is the real deal the BeeGees have honest blessed talent that's really them and all their own
no autotune in 1978 single mic one soundtrack no voice mixing all them 3 brothers.
Welcome to the rabbit hole of the Brothers Gibb. their amazing harmonies are all natural, true gifts to the world. They sound the same live as recorded.
Wonderful reaction.❤ I'll be looking now to see what other golden oldies you've reacted to. The Bee Gees are legendary songwriters in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as well as the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
Its purely them auto tune wasnt invented when this came out
I can tell you right now their brothers is not auto-tune it's a god-given voice that he's given them is there voices. And it's a live Orchestra
i grew up in th 1970's. when i was a kid, my schoolmates would publicly make fun of the bee gees, because they were seen as being "uncool". this was when i was in middle school and high school. i never said much, other than i like them. i was scoffed at. i always thought that they were great singers and their harmonizing was second to none (you can tell that they were brothers, because the 3 voices sounded like 1). their song writing was great. they wrote a lot of songs for other top singers, that pushed everyones careers further ahead. the bee gees, foreigner, styx, and journey (with steve perry) were all before autotone. it was all pure talent. you could be butt ugly, as long as you had the talent, people didn't care. the listeners would still rock out to the songs. those were the days. there were no choreography, needing to rely on good looks to draw people in to the concerts. talent lasts, good looks don't. check out foreigner (with lou gram as the lead singer), styx (dennis deyoung as the lead singer. he has a solo album), journey (with steve perry. he has a couple of solo albums. he's the 2nd singer for the group, but he was the one who rocketed journey to stardom).
Great reaction! Sibling/family harmony can't be beat! Feel free to gesture all you want!
Nope - no autotune when they recorded this (and most, if not all, of their songs). That, my friend, is the pure talent of Barry, Maurice, and Robin Gibb!
The absolute best of the 70’s. They have so many wonderful songs. You need to listen yo them all! No auto tune. That’s pure talent
Ya back then you really had to have talent. Beautiful song!🙂
Years before autotune. Brothers.
That look on your face, was priceless when Too Much Heaven came around these guys were already veterans and the music game , they started singing in the late fifties and decade after decade they came up with hits , they are brothers who carry the name Gibb there's also another brother who passed away at a young age, named Andy BTW, there was no auto-tune back then
Been listening to the Bee Gees for almost 50yrs!! Welcome to the Bee Gees!!
No, not autotune...but definitely Amazing!! So much talent, and heartbreak in one family. Love all their music. Everytime I hear Stayin' Alive, I have to crank up the volume and move!!!!💃😊
So beautiful. A time when guys were in love they knew how to express it.❤❤
Everyone’s reaction to the Bee Gees when they sing the first verse: SMILE
You can’t help it. Nobody sounds like this.
I think they harmonize so well because they are brothers. The Brothers Gibb are the real deal!
The Brothers' Gibb; Barry Gibb, Robin Gibb and Maurice Gibb. Pure talent. Robin and Maurice have passed but the oldest brother Barry is still alive and well. They were great!
No need to apologize for just listening and enjoying an amazing performance. We all know that feeling. :)
Born on the 🇮🇲 🇬🇧, grew up in the latter parts of their childhood in 🇦🇺 (1958-67), moved back to the 🇬🇧 in1967 where they became international stars then in mid 70s moved to the 🇺🇸.
Damn what a beautiful thing, when singer's could actually sing, Barry Gibbs voice is pure Heaven 😍
No is not Autotune. In this time not autotune exist. This is the real voice of them.
Great reaction to an awesome group and song! Bee Gees, the best group ever!
The hair style on Barry Gibb (guy in the center) was called "Feathered". It made your hair look like the wings on a bird. Started in the 1970's and carried somewhat into the early 80's.
They are brothers, they sung live in studio with an orchestra Robin, Barry in the middle, Maurice Gibb they harmonize perfectly.
Their harmony, range and song writing skills are second to none!
They have been the number one group in America , period
Robin said in an interview they have no records with voice modification. I feel like I read somewhere that this song had 27 vocal tracks between the three of them layered over each other. Around this time I think as songwriters they had 5 of the top 10 songs at one time. Spirits Having Flown was the next album after their famous soundtrack for Saturday Night Fever, which held the record for sales until The Bodyguard ~15 years later. $1million+ was donated from their royalties to charity. There's another song they did for charity you should check out "Blue Island"; there's a live performance online of it from an interview. There are many of those sort of interviews where they would perform as well or better than the recordings on the fly.
