Spine Text Effect in Adobe Illustrator | Replace Spine & Blend | Graphic design

In this episode, we will create Spine Text effect in adobe Illustrator. We will create 3 designs using Replace spine and blending option. in the First design, we will understand the basic steps to apply replace Spine to any design. In the Second design we will used the same option and create a nice Spine text effect. In the 3rd Design we will Blend Normal text and the Spine text to-gather in adobe Photoshop. In the Blend Options window drop down the Spacing menue. There you can choose Smooth Color. This way you can skip the increasing (or decreasing) of the specified steps numbers

You can replace spine over text > rasterize it, then apply image trace - line art, expand, ungroup, then replace spine.

A slightly quicker way to add the colors to the gradients: you already have samples. Click on the first color in the gradient panel, click on the eyedropper tool, click on your sample and Bam! it's done. Do the same with the other color of the gradient.

I got my colours inverted (tail of the shape became red and head became blue) when I clicked "replace spine". Can you please tell me how to change that?
edit: I found out. Just have to click "reverse spine" option.
