I just did this repair on my Volvo. I had a shop do the alignment afterward. If the outer tie rod bolt just spins, put a jack under the bolt and it will then be easier to remove.

I get steering wheel wobble when braking at high speed. Replaced rotors and pads all around. Still does it. Any ideas?
