Hello.. may I ask you what is the different of the red and yellow sharpness testing ( I mean the material, ex: in red one what's the meaning of rubeerlike fabric and contains latex)
Alaa'a Chem I can't explain exactly what the difference in material is. Perhaps it is density. The red material is used on larger scissors while yellow is used to test the smaller scissors. All materials in the hospital are latex free.
Thanks for good info.. but let me tell you, usa and Germany also buying instruments from Pakistan. The quality is exactly same as usa and Germany but in very competitive price.. You can't call them bad at all, shine and dull look isnt sign of quality its two diff type of finishing process that depends on requirements and also worlds best craftman are there in pakistan surgical industry with 100 years + experience. you need to research about them more.. Thanks 😊
I'm in complete agreement with you. I know that companies in Pakistan produce excellent instruments nowadays. I have had an opportunity to examine them. Unfortunately, perceptions are hard to overcome and it is very difficult to get a foot in the door for an opportunity.
When your local american importer pays good price they get them marked with there brandings and german steel in satin finish. When they want dirt cheap they pay in cents and get it shiny and marked as pakistan. Unfortunately its the uneducated behaviour of our uneducated manufacture and exporter to not able to make good repute even after decades of exports.

No. not much on that at all on the exam, if anything.
