Stuffed Coconut Balls:
Coconuts - 400g powdered sugar, 200g egg whites, 200g shredded coconut, 1 tablespoon apricot jam.
Linzer Dough - 150g powdered sugar, 300g butter, 450g all-purpose flour, 1 egg, vanilla sugar, and zest from one lemon.
Glaze - 2/3 chocolate and 1/3 solid vegetable shortening.
