Awsome video.. Dr Gaurav Gangwani is one of the best interventional radiologist in our country I was suffering from deep vein thrombosis and he treated me so good I didn’t got any complications after that. One of the best doctor he is *Highly Recommended*
High time people get to know about the various procedures of interventional radiology other than just putting heart stents. Thank you for this eye opening information and hope many benifit from it.
Interventional radio is just hype. Look at US which has made IR the dumpster of procedures. Since IR is very referral dependent, all the good procedures get taken up by vascular surgeons, interventional cardio or neurosurgeons. What's left are mundane procedures like biopsy, abscess drainage, paracentesis, LP, etc. There is a whole drama within IR in the US trying to separate from DR and become an independent branch which is practically impossible since they don't own any patients.
Thanks for bringing such beautiful and elaborate content in Hindi language. Now not only me but so many of my friends now well versed with English can also avail this content. And it's so much more engaging than blogs.
Wow such helpful information. Good to know that such complicated procedures can be done only with the help of a needle. Thank you for sharing the information sir.

Wow. That's a strong opinionated statement. I have many colleagues in US who are doing phenomenal endovascular work - arteriaL, neuro, venous, lymphatic, onco, nephro and much more. Most of them are having their separate patients and having their own OPD and IPD rights. And IR has already achieved a separate sub-speciality status in the US. So, I have to strongly disagree with each and everything you have said.
Interesting speciality. Is it available widely and are results really as good as surgery? Somehow, it's very hard to believe. That via a pinhole you would be able to achieve same as open surgery
Sir,I'm impressed after having your eloborated guidence about Interventional radiologist(IR), Please also guide that what do you of , future as IR in India
That's a huge topic. It's only expanding sith awareness and education. And newer procedures getting added to the armamentarium. Will make videos on that too in future. Stay tuned.
Many things and people like you are brilliant, because you present complex things/systems in simple way. At the same time I have experience that there is gap to fill this awareness amongst needy. At-least people in need will have better choice with awareness. Thank you (already started sharing)!!!
Thank you so much. I am speechless. The entire intent of starting the channel was to fill the gap of lack of awareness so that the needy take better choices empowered with this knowledge. And not just have to blindly trust others or distrust and take wrong decisions. And yes the mode of presentation was purposely kept as simple as possible so that laymen people can understand it and there is no gap. Your comment echoes elall these intents so perfectly. Grateful to you for this understanding. Would love to comment in future.
