don't feel bad that's for dancers who need a very light body so they can move easily, I am 1.65m tall and 51kg and everyone thinks I'm way too skinny, every time I go to a new doctor they ask me weird questions to find out if I'm anorexic and I have to explain that I've always been very skinny lol usually ideal for women is 55kg if you are 1.65m tall (65kg for men) but it can vary depending on the person (i.e. if you have broad shoulders or waist or big breasts more kg would still be ideal) also asians are in general thinner than other races

I mean, do you have trouble walking fast / running, or feel tired after doing light stuff that don't make other people get tired, or get dizzy when you get up, or have problems focusing or that type of stuff? If any of that happens you should see a doctor bc it can be a hormones problem :/
