0:58 I’m a straight A student (96-98/100 report card) and I clicked this video because of the adorable thumbnail. But I honestly found that this advice may actually be counter productive. Instead of colorful, less is more. The more minimal your processes are the more efficient and as much as possible notes should be organized yet simple to make. Making “aesthetic” notes is really counter productive because it wastes so much time. You could use that time for active recall instead!

The process of making your notes visually appealing can help you better understand and remember the material. Plus, it can make studying more enjoyable, which can be motivating. Im usually a 95-100 straight A1 student, i feel the same. No need for such items i (in grade 10) didnt even make notes, i just borrowed them of the internet, since i only took notes when the chapter was tough af so yeah no need for these bs u need either a printer and a phone or a copy and pen
@@kariinaeqI personally don’t like the idea of lot taking any notes, especially because the internet has notes from different curriculums that might not be used where you live. I know many teachers include things in their notes that you won’t find on online notes and this applies as an opposite as well. I think using something that makes you happier to take notes like more aesthetic writing or colorful pens can help people have more retention of the notes. I’ve personally experienced this many times where I’m stuck on something and it sticks out in my brain because I wrote the word in cursive or something. This definitely does not work with everyone because everyone’s brains are different, but it really does work for many people
@@Silly_Tilly1488 studying aesthetic isn't a need it's a choice and those who have the resources to do that can do it but people like me who come from backward countries don't have enough money to spend on expensive aesthetic stationery. Note taking is really unimportant just underline or highlight the points but whatever you say 😅
@kariinaeq I never said that it was a necessity, it just helps some people focus more. I know it sounds backwards, but a lot of people with ADHD, OCD, or anxiety prefer to organize their notes neatly and more colorfully to remember things better or focus more on taking the notes rather than getting distracted by surroundings. My family comes from a less privileged country and I’ve visited several times so I’m not as ignorant as you seem to think. I know several people can’t go out of their way to buy certain fancy note taking supplies, but even just adding some color makes it easier for some people (emphasis on some people)

I have some tips that i always do as a lazy student like me but still got A in exam.. the thing you need to do is find a time that you really have interest to study.. dont study when you really dont have feeling to do it cuz it will make you force your own brain at that time.. even you also hate it when someone force you to do something that you dislike.. so same with brain.. your brain will be like "wth you force me to do it?" So your brain will not gonna accept what you just reading when you have no mood or interest at that time. Trust me..

Nice tips! As an A+ Student myself, I agree with most of these tips, except for the note-taking one. While it may seem "more effective" to study because of how visually appealing it is, it isn't efficient in the long run. In classes, I would make sure that my notes are readable and easy to comprehend so I could review when I go home. And I find it so tiring to rewrite my notes to make it more "aesthetic." to become a straight A student, you really need to sacrifice time for it, but make a mindset that you have to finish your tasks as fast as possible. What I would do is when there are hard assignments or homeworks that should be done, I would do it in school and ask for help from my friends. It would be super fun so I suggest trying that out

Guys please help me, heres my story and please give me some advice: i used to be a straight A student in primary school, now im going to year 8 and i have failed most of my tests in year 7, if i have passed then they were passed by only a few marks. Ppl bullied me a lot since i am fat and i think this is why i have stopped learning properly and also my teachers cant teach me properly. Idk how to use study apps and all my friends dont care about studying but i do. I always take notes but im always annoye din class bc i hate school so much but i want to be a straight A student, I struggle with every single sybject. Please give me advice ❤❤

Any tips to stay asleep or go to sleep fast as I have school and I was only asleep for few hours 10pm to 12:21 am/pm and is 4:37am now and I have to get up at 6:20am to 6:30 am I tried music (fav) and music for sleeping didn’t work I tried breathing didn’t work I tried relaxing my face 💀 didn’t work-

Guys please help me, heres my story and please give me some advice: i used to be a straight A student in primary school, now im going to year 8 and i have failed most of my tests in year 7, if i have passed then they were passed by only a few marks. Ppl bullied me a lot since i am fat and i think this is why i have stopped learning properly and also my teachers cant teach me properly. Idk how to use study apps and all my friends dont care about studying but i do. I always take notes but im always annoye din class bc i hate school so much but i want to be a straight A student, I struggle with every single sybject. Please give me advice ❤❤
