The topping-out ceremony for the 1,388-foot (423m) JPMorgan Chase building at 270 Park Avenue in Midtown East, Manhattan took place on November 20, 2023. The building is expected to open in 2025 and house 14,000 workers.

We desperately need shelters. The City charter calls for 1 in each borough, and not only is that not happening, it's simply not enough, plus they euthanize so many animals at such a high rate.
Sending love to all the NYC rescue folks who get cats & dogs off the streets, with their own time and money, so they don't suffer 💝.

it seems like foster is taking over NY with his meh architecture. If you think this is a nice building, you haven't seen what's going up in Europe or Asia. Milan just built a twisting tower.

No, you're the clueless one when you're putting Europe ahead of America while talking about skyscrapers. Asia is going crazy, but are probably forgetting maximum profit. Especially when most of them are basically empty.
