Using nature sounds is such a good idea, or even just allowing us to hear the normal sounds of people going about their day is better than music. It allows us to walk with you and enjoy the scenery without being distracted by music. 🙂

Thank you. I wish I could use the normal sounds but everytime I go for a walk, hubby is with me and he is very talkative. 😂 I have been struggling on what kind of music I need to use then recently I decided to use the sound of waves. Much better than any other music. :)
