But its because of corruption in Indian politics. Its not that they're no funds. At least Tibetans make sure everyone gets help. Also because we're less in number that's why.
The population of Tibetans living in India is only a few thousand. Whereas everyone knows about the population of India. You cannot imagine comparing these two in terms of population. Compare Tibetans to those rich locals living in your nearby town. We have nothing as compared to them. The Indian government has to look after more than a billion people. Whereas the exile Tibetan government is looking after only a few thousand Tibetans. So comparing these two is utterly nonsense.
