I started retinol like two weeks ago, in the beginning I applied like once every two days but now I switched to using it daily. Don't use any of these.. Just use a basic moisturizer or bb cream which is suitable for your skin. Remember few years back, all the girls and ladies actually never applied any of these fancy stuff because they didn't exist, still they looked beautiful and had less pimples and marks than current generation youngsters. Caution 🛑 🛑 🛑 🛑 The more you apply and experiment with your skin, the more damage your skin suffers and sometimes it is irreversible with lots of acne marks and sunspots.
I actually never apply any of these though tried 5 or 6 of these.. Just put a basic Ponds gel moisturizer or bb cream at home and moisturizer and foundation while attending important activities and functions. And I also suggest a good branded sunscreen if you are exposed more in the sun. I do not apply sunscreen most often as I am not exposed much to sun and I am currently doing work from home. My skin glows and is pimple free almost always and I look 8 years younger. Also, use I sometimes use Ponds age miracle during the nights, say once a week or maximum 2 times.. Honestly, my skin glows and is problem free. I feel bad when young girls get confused and get influenced with so many products and recommendations by youtubers 🛑🛑 Take care young buddies
Good for you ig...remember not everyone has the same skin type. Sometimes it's genetics, health issues and other times it's lifestyle. It's good that they are treating their skin early otherwise it leads to more acne and scars. Prevention is better than cure.

But, I have practically seen many youngsters who apply these many products most often ruin their skin and harm their skin barrier which takes more than 10 months or years to return to normal.. According to my personal experience, the less the skincare products you apply, it is comparatively safer, it is better and many makeup doesn't affect your skin as much many skincare affect and damage your facial skin..

I have dry skin but too much concentration of hyaluronic acid (which is found in most product) makes my face rather oily. Now I only use cerave with few drops of grapeseed oil for moisturizer and my skin is properly moisturized, it also gives my face healthy glow, helps with acne marks & uneven skin tone Just don't use too much of oil (it will leave white residue) and use purifying face mask to clean the gunk every week
Niacinamide and hyaluronic acid both help in hydration. I have dry skin and I use both but personally (also skin types vary alot) niacinamide help with hydrating my skin a lot.

So let’s clear one thing HYALURONIC ACID IS NOT FOR DRY SKIN, yes i know what you might be thinking “is she dumb or something ?” But not many know about this but Hyaluronic actually not for dry skin. You might ask why? Because it will dry out your skin even more because the molecules are not small enough to go in your skin and stays on the surface of your skin so, what it does instead is they eat up all the moisture in your skin and evaporates and leaves your skin dry. But using it for oily skin is better because, just like i said before, it will eat all the extra moisture ( oil) and evaporate. And also if you have any products which has Hyaluronic acid please check the ingredients list and you will find and ingredient name “ Sodium hydroxide” which is a substitute for Hyaluronic. This all is just marketing, they are not even giving you the real product.

If you are starting with niacinamide, don't start with 10%, it is quite potent.It may irritate your skin. Start with 5% , it works pretty well.
