@@ErikRichardsonDO Hi Dr! I have a question if anyone knows! I am a "new" heart patient! I've been using 6-7 different medicines for the heart=high blood pressure=arrhythmia, etc. for a month now! Someone told me to avoid oranges, grapefruit, lemons, cranberries with those medicines! I believe that this is true, but I forgot to ask, should I not consume them at all, that fruits or should there be a time gap? I take my medicine at 9am and 6pm! Is it ok to take it a few hours after or before the medicine or not at all?

Doctir my total cholesterol was 240 and I was wondering if I could avoid taking the medication and just change the diet and exercise. Btw i take blood pressure med.

Doc do you recommend a tablespoon of Acocodo Oil a day if you can't always eat salmon?
I can't cite a study that can prove that, so I'd probably put it in the same category as the recommendations for olive oil.
