The group brought back original member Jacobi White who left the group during their debut album for culinary school. Also, it was their best comeback album I ever heard, so Ali Shaheed Muhammad wasn’t on the writing credits. It had a lot of collaborations on the album from André 3000, Kendrick Lamar, Jack White, Elton John, Kanye West, Anderson .Paak, Talib Kweli, Consequence, and Busta Rhymes. After hearing of all of their albums, Busta Rhymes was on all of their albums. The group has reunited 3 times after their 1998 breakup. Q-Tip and Phife didn’t always get along with each other since the two became lifelong friends. I advice people to listen to their music if you haven’t heard it yet. These guys were in their prime and made great music for all generations. I hope Q-Tip will make more music since the record labels don’t wanna promote him. It’s a dirty game in the music business. I would have wish they made a collaboration album with OutKast; that would be dope.

Great video, amazing group that revolutionised hiphop!
My favorite group of all time, I've listened to every main album, and even a lot of the more hidden gems, every album is amazing, even the ones other people don't like as much. Good vid!
we got it from here MASTERPIEICE omg...
My best group of all times. I'll listen to these guys till i die. Even during my funeral, they better play A Tribe or I'm coming for everybody. 😂
Thank you 4 your service Mic. This is awesome
I rem sitting in my room with headphones on and listening to MM the first time. I stayed up all night long, replayed it like seven times. Still one of the greatest albums EVER released, hands down
has anyone heard of the theme at 0:49, 02:01, 04:28, 08:15, 10:55, 14:08, 16:22, 18:52, 22:01 i've heard it before but i literally just forgot the name of it, i think Kendrick Lamar used it for one of his songs?
This is great, thanks a lot. It's interesting to note that the 'LOVE MOVEMENT' album is one of Tribe's best works if you ask me, all i ask is patience while you give it some good listen
So happy there’s another deep discog dive
this guy gets it
I have yet to get into their work properly (have listened to the first half of Midnight Marauders once), but I knew Q-Tip wayy before ATCQ because of his contributions to the amazing Chemical Brothers tunes Galvanize (2005) and Go (2015).
J Dilla was a highlight on Beats, Rhymes and Life & The Love Movement.
Tribe has a special place in my heart. As someone who is loving the new school, they hooked me in to getting to know the history and culture of hiphop and my new found love for the old school. Absolute Legends.
Fantastic video. Midnight Marauders and Low End Theory are some of my absolute favorite hip hop albums
I love your work, Mic the Snare!!! Thank you for making videos and sharing them here.

BABE WAKE UP NEW MIC THE SNARE VID!!!!
Love this! Now hooked on the whole series.
But we do need a DDD on The Beastie Boys, I think most would be surprised on how eclectic it gets.

People's Instinctive Travels is still my favourite Tribe album. It's one of a very select few that I can go back to and cheer me up whatever my mood is.
