    When transforming data, you choose materialized in the settings, but then when you display the results in Snowflake, the data are generated as views (why? I assumed in case of materialized, we will find results as tables).

      Here is what I found for you: In QCDI we have the ‘internal’ schema and ‘external’ schema.
      The external always shows views - so even if you materialize the structure, we create a table and then a view. The view allows for abstraction from the underlying table which as we get to reload activities etc. will allow us to do renames or other such actions on the tables without impacting the consumers. Hope this explains things better.

    Hi so for on promise databases to transfer securly data, we'll have to deploy data gateway ? If True what's the ram footprint of this service on the qlik datagateway please ? Especially for cdc
