I say that about a lot of bases. I think it is just an in the moment reaction to the offline base. I wouldn't really know. 🤣 My total online time is small so I only see so many players each day. Little funny, because I call a lot of bases turtle too, but a lot is really just the game meta, and I am sure many can say all the same things about me. It's all good fun though and no issues here. Watching the siege setup now, dont you waste both of vindictas special abilities when havin her as aide? Or just so you get the prep time buff from EOP as captain which is nice for siege?
Who is leader and who is aide only matters for two officers, except that specials must always be on the leader to take effect. Cross training Vindicta doesn't cause her to lose her own capabilities with the officer she is paired with
Bro when you attacking base, you need just press right mouse button on enemy base, more faster like that. Then no need to press left mouse button and then press attack

I left click because most of the time right clicking doesn't seem to work well (off by a grid or doesn't respond at all)
