Great video and good to know that it's not just Cleevley who know what they are doing. Watching a recent EVM video, although there maybe loads of HEVRA certified garages out there, hardly any of them were willing to go where Cedar go to repair EV's that are out of warranty.
I do find it strange when they call the traction battery as high voltage, where technically high voltage for DC starts at anything over 1500vdc

Hi Blobstrom, Thanks for taking the time to watch the video, glad you enjoyed it. In relation to the high voltage comment your correct but in the automotive industry they have adopted the terminology to allow to differentiate from standard 12-24 volts systems. As refered to here www.hse.gov.uk/mvr/topics/electric-hybrid.htm

@cedargaragejaguarlandrover4953 Thank you clearing up the high voltage part in regards to EV's. It makes sense to use that terminology in regards to vehicles..

Love this video and this approach, replacing the items that fail and finding the root cause, rather than a full battery costing tens of thousands… Question: after a cell, brick or module replacement how are you able to balance the full battery pack for the future and stop it going out of balance? Not just for a few charges like its rumoured some repairers in USA do. The BMS boards on each module are one time write only as far as I’m aware so unique to that module and then addl modules report to the main BMS board, so changing a cell, brick or module poses an in balance when charged, how do you over come this? This has been the reason I haven’t bought a Tesla although I really do think they’re the way forward and would love one. The worry of an actual battery cell, brick or module failure, which I grant is pretty rare but when it goes I just can’t see the route to getting it back to been in balance and lasting… look forward to your reply. Keep up the great work, and videos.
