Hi, I’m just wondering if you could tell me about what the weekly timetable for a full time student is like, the workloads, the format of assessments i.e I group presentation or quizzes, etc and the tutorial size? Thanks in advance
Hello beautiful ❤ Is it mandatory to have a nursing background to enrol in the masters program? I’m from a different healthcare field & interested to know about this program more. I’ll appreciate if you let me know ❤
Hi Miss Darla! I’m an incoming student for Bachelor of Nursing in Western Sydney University this February 2025. Do you have any tips on how I won’t get culture shocked especially I studied senior high school in the Philippines and I don’t know how uni life is in Australia. And are the subjects hard po huhu. I’m scared.😅
Hi!! Ooooh I dont know where to start. It’s a lot different. But probably prepare for a lot of research. They don’t have much exams here, it’s a dozen of research paper per semester/term. Different unis use different formats. So maybe wrap your head around that because that was the most confusing part for me when I moved here 😅 good luck with everything. 🩵
Hi. I am currently taking Master of Nursing Practice. During our summer session it was 5 days a week but we are now in our autumn semester and it’s not everyday anymore. I am in Australia so the curriculum and teaching technique is entirely different from the Philippines.
Hello. It’s quite difficult but not impossible. The almost impossible part is having to work and study plus go on your internship all at the same time. Uni fees are soooooooo expensive. It will really take all of your time and energy.
Yeah nothing is. But this one’s really different. I have a diploma in culinary, a bachelor in hospitality and a master degree in business. But nothing was as difficult as this. Or maybe because I’m working now while studying unlike before. I dont know😅 it’s draining.
@@DarlaSasin is that really expensive? sorry before, how old are you? I wanna take this major in the future since I'm a freshman now, but my big sist is 25 y.o. She said that wants to take a nursing school (worry about my parents actually), do you think 25 y.o is too old if someone wants to take this major? the part-time jobs can't cover the uni fees even though maybe a half? thx before
Hi po. I’m a Filipino student here in AU. Im planning to shift to bachelor of nursing. I’m just wondering if kaya po ba bayaran ang tuition, if you’re working part time?
Depends po siguro sa rate ng salary but in my experience, no po. I work 2 jobs. 1 full time hours and another with part time hours both with casual rate but it’s still not enough.

Yes you have to be an RN to do a nursing related masters degree
I took Master of Nursing Practice so no you dont need a health related field of study as background.
