Hey how you doing, I got one yesterday from academy and to be honest depending where you buy the knife you almost pay the same as on the web is not too much and agree with your comment this knife is for self-defense, there are different types of knives for bush camping or do things with the wood. Has a lot of potential this knife if is for self-defense, I really like it.

Have you had any issues I’ve been looking for a self defense knife in this style I looked at the Ka Bar one but I thought the size of the blade was too bulky for my belt for comfort so I looked for a 5 inch and found this video
Yeah. It's not 420HC. Don't know where you read that but it's Chinese 8cr13mov steel. Might wanna do your research before stating false information. It's a rat-tail tang and the pommel is a separate piece held in by the rear Allan screw. I do agree with the need for some retention when in the sheath.
I had to go and re watch this before replying and damn you are correct sir, I had the box somewhere near me and it must’ve been misprinted or either I just fucked up lol. Nice catch and thanks for the info on the tang.

Didn't know States have a knife permit. I have one. The knife is full tang, I highly recommend it.
In Georgia they call them weapon permit and knives over 6 inches I believe are considered “weapons” smh

BRO, I read in the specs that it has a 7 inch blade... Your hands are HUGE, cause that knife looks like a toy when you hold it...
Lol it’s not a seven inch blade on the S&W, not sure where ya got that info. It’s about 4 inches if memory serves.

anything over 6 inches in Georgia is considered a weapon. Under 6 isnt. But I have a permit to carry so… lol.
