Wow, thank you for posting. Great job. It wasn't an ideal venue for a concert, but still intimate and a great show. Went with my sister who was also my bestie, who is no longer with us. Thanks for giving me a chance to go back in time and feel like I'm there with her again.

"The Gift" Live is 1 of INXS's most "Underrated-Songs Live". "The INXS Dirty Honeymoon World Tour of 1993/1994", especially during the 1st North American Leg of the World Tour, is so rare to find. There are a few promos and interviews, of the band promoting the "Full Moon Dirty Hearts" Album and World Tour etc, but no real half-decent and/ or decent footage out there. But now due to Mr Rob Woods we now have that. So a big huge massive thankyou from myself, Tom in Sydney Australia. For some reason it's like a forgotten tour that 1st Leg of the North American Leg of the Dirty Honeymoon Tour in November/December 1993. I have no idea why. I know that the album itself "Full Moon Dirty Hearts", wasn't very successful in the USA. But it's hard to find much footage of INXS stuff during this 1st Leg in North America in November/December 1993. Which is a bit of a shame unfortunately.

I honestly believe that the decision to go with 'Heaven Sent' over 'Taste it' as the lead single off 'Welcome To Wherever You Are' is one of the key factors in INXS's career implosion. Baffling. 'Time' is comparable to 'Heaven Sent' in that in reeks of filler album track. Particularly infuriating as the LP from which it is taken offers numerous superior options. Having not seen them on this tour, I always wondered how 'The Gift' would sound live. It sounds great here.
I respectfully disagree, and value your views. I feel Welcome was doomed from the start. Mainly, bc there was no supporting tour. Also, the album art was tragically misunderstood. The first single should've been Not enough time, followed by Taste it, but with a flashy video, like Need you tonight. The oversexed, concept video for Taste it was unfortunately banned by MTV. The marketing of this fantastic LP was a disaster. Sadly, it couldn't have occurred at a more crucial time for the band.
