    I have been walking since I was a little boy now I’m nearly 70 but I will keep walking cause I love it. Specially in the countryside.

    I agree 💯 I'm 75 and make sure that I keep my body fit. So far I'm very happy with all these exercises.😂😂

    I've been doing yoga for 33 years now (in my 70s), and I also walk 30 min every day for cardio. My grandkids have a hard time keeping up with me :)
    Good advice, I hope more seniors follow it!

    I deeply appreciate this advice. As 76 yr old senior I take long walks daily, but I don't appreciate how thin I've become as a result. Perhaps I should take shorter walks or stop walking on a daily basis.

    Very informative I thoroughly enjoyed the video. I like all the exercises. Not great at walking- unfortunately had a fall up the stairs in a leisure centre. Awaiting a three pin op for my right shoulder. I will hopefully be back exercising again. Thank you 👋🏻🌹☘️☘️☘️

    I believe walking is great at any age and we do not need to decline after 70. There are things we can do to maintain and improve balance and keep bones and ligaments good.

    I’m 78 and I only walk a few miles every day. But I use weights every day too and a few exercises.

    I am sure this fake ,I walk 2 kilos every morning then go upstairs to my room .I will continue my walking!
