- Tropical Storm Alberto made landfall in Mexico Thursday morning. The first-named storm of the season has left at least three dead in eastern Mexico. Some parts of Texas have already felt effects from the storm with heavy rain and winds.

What gets me about cars is that they have their intakes to low in the body of the cars. They should be over the tire level but that would make sense.
Could you put in a clutch to stop the fan belt since the engine is now cooled by water? The engines air filter is at the top next to the hood where water splashes from the radiator fan playing motor boat.
