    start with active warming of muscles, leg swings and pumping with movement, wake them up, stretching is more for the end of day to retire the muscles for rest. I've coached and trained for many sports, especially track and field.

    I take my dogs for a walk everyday. Some days for 2 -3 miles. On my rest days, I just go for 15-20 minutes. My daughter and nephew have customized my strength training exercises so that I can build up my strength. We have started going on 5 km hikes to nearby parks in my hometown. Our aim is every two weeks and build up to doing it weekly. We are planning to go in August. I am recently retired so it’s easy for me to plan. I can walk alone or with company. I am self-motivated. I currently alternate walking with ankle and wrist weights.

      In private albergues yes, not the public ones
