    Id like a comparison of a rzr 1000 xp on the dyno to see how their clutches diminish the power that they claim. I think it would be educational for ppl to see what happens at the CVT and all the components involved with the power loss.

      with a polaris I geerally see 20-30% loss engine hp to wheel hp. fairly common on all cvt driven machines this machine rated 105 hp, showing 70.12 rwhp, and 105 engine hp shows us 39.835541343079% drivetrain loss on this segway.
      , The Ecu is 90% to blame for the powerloss feeling the any cvt portrays to the userECU controls motor, motor output drives cvt. ecu is to blame for the OEM tune using cutbacks in throttle, fuel, ignition,low load limiters, all controlling the motors rpm vs wheel speed function which relates directly into the cvt, based on speed, pedal, load, map, voltage,Temps, gear, mode, and rpm. Unknowing to most people they begin to chase RPM with the cvt only to run into the cutbacks of the ecu even faster, they may improve low end, but top end suffers due to increase of rpm and ecu cutting back power to contain it under 8400-8500 rpm which the ecu is controlling heavily. as you see here, if you monitired the RPM on the right axis youd see how he gained RPM and power at all the speeds showing an increase, not jsut increase in rpm limit, shiftout rpm increase as you accelerate. all without any modifications to the cvt, yet the cvt will show improvment. always best to tune, then clutch. here they would benefit from added tip mass and lighter base mass on the cvt arm

    Awesome content brother as always!. Love your tune looks like it's going in right direction.you got a lot of smart people making it happen. But I'm telling you, you have to open up that intake, that intake filtration is so restrictive that's worth some serious horsepower right there! So open up the intake build a better more efficient intake and watch those numbers go up! I buddy of mine here in the Northwest has one of these dinos and found a major flaw in the intake, very restrictive. The exhaust believe or not is fairly good from the factory main issue is that intake Open it up!

    Hey awesome videos. I may get a uforce very soon. But I had a question, do y’all have a tune for a 2023 Yamaha Grizzly 700? And if you do would it help?

    Is this a 2023 or 2024 Villain? Interesting how different this is verse the tune and power output from the UT10, as I believe they are the same engines. Thank you RealTalkPowersports for making this video and all the work that goes into getting these tunes and parts for us Segway owners. The aftermarket is getting much better for the Villain, and it is directly because of TeamMSC. I will be ordering my tune soon.

      Thanks brother! We appreciate you and this is a 2023 model villain.
      We are gonna put the 24 model on there within the next week or so and check for changes. We are already going through the ECU software to check

    Have you done any dyno tuning on a villain with an exhaust and trail clutch kit or anything of that nature. Just wondering of the gains and maybe some other things i can do to help. Thanks

  • @herbf2700
    @herbf2700 6 месяцев назад +1

    So you've got my ECU already delivered there to MSC right now for a Villain tune. The car is otherwise stock. Now, in the future if you come out with a clutch kit or exhaust or whatnot, and you have a tune made for it, is there going to be an 'upgrade discount' if I keep getting new parts that need new tunes? Not that I'm thinking of changing too much before I get some more trail time with the stock setup (Its friggin cold out there so I'm done driving for the winter) but ya know. I kinda have to get parts as they become available since this is a car early in the world of aftermarket stuff.

      People with a need for speed and power will always look for ways to make it happen. Been going on since the first gas powered car ever made. They started to begin seeing what they can do to make it go faster !!
      So NO...we won't ever "Simmer down"
