Never did I think a Disney movie about the Jungle Cruise ride would produce such a banging remix of Metallica's "Nothing Else Matters"…but alas, here we are.
If I can't find a beautiful tune it makes me really sad. When I was watching the movie I was excited that OMG what a good piece of soundtrack. Immediately it made me almost cry, as I thought it might just be a tiny piece of instrumental and I might never find the original piece. Oh god, then I realized - it's something so close to heart, cried anyway.
I really enjoyed the movie, but this track really elevated the backstory of the cursed Conquistadors. The idea of these doomed men forever haunting the Amazon, fighting and killing each other again and again until the jungle consumes them completely, is so tragic and poetic.
Having to live with the guilt of failing his daughter for 400 years and not even getting to be there when she passed.... a fate far worse than death. I can understand how killing a village is wrong, but I can also see his point of view as a desperate parent with no other options left.😪😔 The rock shoulve at least let him die .

It was a big unexpected surprise when I heard the song at the movie with my kids. But the real surprise that hit my heart was when my daughter of 12 that usually hears me when I lissen music, said: "DAD THIS IS METALLICA!"
It hit me on so many levels.... This is so silly...but I feel compelled to tell you a story... After a long and painful series of events culminating in a very lonely 3 years, I met my future wife in a night club 4 years ago.... We decided to get hitched...being metalheads we didn't want anything cheesy... And she brings up "nothing else matters" for our first dance...ide never even heard of it...it shames me to say...any way fast forward to this Saturday just gone...and we get married (yay), we decide to brave London for our honeymoon (it's a 3 hour train and bus journey from whare we at the moment)...we spent two days wandering around Camden... We get tired lugging our haul from the market...so I suggest seeing a movie and she says "why not jungle cruise"... We missed the first 15mins but seeing as we didn't plan on catching a movie anyhow it was no loss....and sure enough THAT flashback happens...and she turns to me and whispers it's fate... I've had a while to sit on that fantastic scene...and my wife's words still echoing in my head.... I think just maybe...it might have been. I know ... it sounds silly... Have great weekend btw.

I knew it was NEM and was like OOOOOOOOOO YEEEEEEAAAHHHHH but it complemented the movie so well. And of course done by none other than the Grandmaster himself, James Newton Howard. What a legend

Saw this movie with my kids and as soon as it started I screamed "GUYS ITS METALLICA! METALLICA IS IN A DISNEY MOVIE!" The flash back scene when this was playing made all the more edge of your seat awesome. Beautiful version of nothing else matters.

Yesterday when I started playing this movie on my home theatre, this tune started playing. I thought my Apple TV sound output must be coming from my phone. Initially it was hard to believe that this was integrated with this movie. So from the beginning my bias kicked in to love this movie. And later I was not disappointed.
My all time favourite song. But this remix!! I loved it immediately from the first moments of the film. Close your eyes. My entire body tingles. OMG!!! Bravo JNHoward, you are amazing. ❤❤

However one should always remember that with the jungle's magic and secrets that when the jungle is ready to reveal its wonder you should be patient. Because one who's not patient to learn the jungles abilities will suffer a fate worse than death.

Ayer, 3 de agosto vi en el cine, JUNGLE CRUISE, y engo lamisma opinión que Elizabeth Mattheus, quedé´petrificado cuando oí NOTHING ELSE MATTER de Mettalica, como tema de PIZARRO ,el personaje de Edgar Ramírez, estuvo fenomenal... lo más épico que he presenciado desde ROGUE ONE .... sorprendente....
