yea this is the minotauro, skill cap is quite low just press W and shoot people and you should do okay in it. its absolute bullshit how the minotauro and grille15 exist in the same universe.
Is the skin made by fans? Or is it available for purchase?

It's a 3d texture, there mostly limited to tier x tanks but they may be avalible for some others as well.
