Dude this like compare a burst dmg and a poke dmg. It's different, hu tao and lyne is a burst style while arle is poke style ( hitter). Their good in their own style.

I think this too, that every one of them got potential. I have both hu tao and arle. I prefer arle but I also know hu tao gives such a nice input. It is kinda funny how S O M E hu tao players get sad when seeing a new pyro dps. For me they are 2 ladies welcomed in the highest tierlist.
Hu Tao is still strong even with the crybabies against Arlechinno. But the Knave really brought convenience to Pyro dps wanters even with a tricky bond of life that makes her a paper. Ofc there are sensitive players out there even they will cry against Diluc plunge King.
Id say arlecchino is better but not necessarily stronger, hutao only has one comp and thats vape, arlecchino performs similar in other teams like vape, overload and mono pyro, and for hutao to be stronger than arlecchino, you have to learn animation cancels, stamina management, and combos which sucks for most players but if you already minmax your hutao, arlecchino will not add anything to your account assuming you have other DPS Arlecchino is also definitely more future proof than hutao, we have yet to get a BoL support while hutao is at her strongest already with the best core in game, furina and xianyun, that being said, I don't know if hoyo will release the BoL support soon given arlecchino's strength, I think they will first powercreep arlecchino in natlan and then they will release the BoL support

Even if Hu Tao doesnt use her burst she will out damage Arlecchino because each one of her plunges (because C0 Hu Tao should be played with Xianyun) will probably be doing 250-300k + another 100k with each CA meanwhile Arlecchino does around 120-150k each basic. So even with the Atk speed she will eventually be slower when it comes to clear
arle plunge has bigger scaling, hutao = 233% arle = 252% if you want to use xianyun and using that as an excuse for hutao best team, why not just pull for xiao that has bigger aoe + higher plunge scaling?

@@arifreggit not really. Say that to consecrated beasts, meks, ruin graders, lectors, wolves, husks etc. There are enemies that are definitely tanky enough even in AoE. Also simce hutao is not vaping the plunge in a AoE, the dmg of that is significantly lower than the vaped one. Also, Arle can switch out any time during her combo which means u can group up waves and enemies using kazuha skill multiple times in a single rotation. With xiao, faruzan just keeps grouping off field. Also, even in Single target, Arleccino is only about 1.5% behind Hutao. Most of the time, Arle clears faster due to her dmg being frontloaded. As for xiao, he is only about 6% behind hutao .

His raw damage is especially buffed in consideration to mono pyro And I know that because I have diluc, lyney and C1 hu tao. I have used diluc and hu tao the longest time too. If you want Diluc to match any of the "big 3 pyro dps", get a Xianyun. It is diluc who needed a high investment. You should understand that and put bias aside. We know he is a patch 1 character and needed upgrade. And Xianyun is Hoyo's answer to that.

The correct answer is...... Xiangling! Because she is free and ez to C6 since she is on too many banners. You build her with an EM build, and her burst will basically vaporize nearly anything if it's next to a dendro core.

Arlechinno has similar scaling like hutao on her burst have to wait for some weeks to crown it and ofc have to give the same nuke build as hutao to test if she really can nuke or not

The reason Hu Tao was faster is because he used her burst which is a nuke so while Arlecchino and Lyney did NAs and CAs which aren't nukes also Hu Tao's main source of damage isn't her burst so this comparison is kinda unfair

Even if Hu Tao doesnt use her burst she will out damage Arlecchino because each one of her plunges (because C0 Hu Tao should be played with Xianyun) will probably be doing 250-300k + another 100k with each CA meanwhile Arlecchino does around 120-150k each basic. So even with the Atk speed she will eventually be slower when it comes to clear

@@arifreggit not really. Say that to consecrated beasts, meks, ruin graders, lectors, wolves, husks etc. There are enemies that are definitely tanky enough even in AoE. Also simce hutao is not vaping the plunge in a AoE, the dmg of that is significantly lower than the vaped one. Also, Arle can switch out any time during her combo which means u can group up waves and enemies using kazuha skill multiple times in a single rotation. With xiao, faruzan just keeps grouping off field.
Also, even in Single target, Arleccino is only about 1.5% behind Hutao. Most of the time, Arle clears faster due to her dmg being frontloaded. As for xiao, he is only about 6% behind hutao .

And I know that because I have diluc, lyney and C1 hu tao. I have used diluc and hu tao the longest time too.
If you want Diluc to match any of the "big 3 pyro dps", get a Xianyun. It is diluc who needed a high investment. You should understand that and put bias aside. We know he is a patch 1 character and needed upgrade. And Xianyun is Hoyo's answer to that.
