A little late here, but ya know I'll comment and say this... First off, if you wanna grow, laziness simply won't do it, and stop sitting around watching numbers, make things happen. While I've never had a page absolutely blow up, I'm someone who likes digging deeper into algorithms to learn how they work. With one of my first pages, I would post a ton to, but also watch views and what went up or down, here's what I learned. Random content pages simply do not grow, like ever really... Because the content has no theme to it and ultimately the viewers you may attract from one niche, don't wanna stick around hoping you'll eventually discuss that same topic again. You can make a page with several topics work. Though it's about being consistent, providing something new if you plan to do it, and finding a posting rhythm. When you lose that rhythm, you've lost the page. Consistency is key with TikTok. Also, content with some quality behind it. If you're running a page with a lot of topics and posting low quality content. Expect to be stuck in low view zone forever. It's all a matter of being consistent about content, and posting topics equally, and having something new to provide each and every time.

Yes you can, just apply what I talked about and keep improving - if you don’t see an increase in your accounts engagement (reach) in 2-3 weeks , start a new account - but ONLY start a new account if you are certain your content is as good or better than the other people in your niche.

Add a comment CTA mid way into video (if you’re videos retention isn’t good or your not hooking enough attention start improving there first then work on testing different CTA’s)

Personally I would if it was 2-3 months no success on an account (obviously make sure you have been improving every video in that time frame)
