- This video I ride my veteran Sherman electric unicycle EUC in the suburban streets of New Jersey for a change!
My weird awesome electric scooter thingy or ebike or personal electric vehicle PEV does well in the suburbs of New Jersey. However there are some disadvantages to riding around a less urban environment than the busy city.
Normally I ride in the streets of Manhattan in New York City NYC with the cars, people, pedestrians bikes and busy street obstacles. While riding, I discuss the pros and cons of living in an apartment versus living in a house and what the two entail. I compare and contrast the various aspects of both from a critical lens mindset.
I also explore the different characteristics of buying versus renting and why anyone should consider either of these two options. Do the benefits outweigh the costs or vice versa? This video does not offer financial advice but rather it is a stream of consciousness from a non-professional when it comes to finance and financial analysis. This is merely a monologue of me thinking out loud of the good and bad aspects as I understand them that I know of when it comes to these two different options. I am simply doing well to reason with myself of which of these choices hypothetically provide the best outcome for quality of life depending on what every person may need.

Love your videos. For trails where no motorized vehicles allowed, I think that means gas powered vehicles. My rule of thumb is if an electric bike is allowed then my EUC is also. I’ve never been told I couldn’t ride one of those trails.

I always think of suburbs as a graduation state from the city. A lovely step-up once you’ve earned enough money to “move-up”. Peace of mind is a lovely priceless commodity. Lol, sneaker storage space is always lovely too! 😂

@@EUC-NYC-GUY East London is a bit cheaper than central but tbh the whole of London has got crazy expensive, a lotta people movin to the outskirts and outside.

I think it's more about your lifestyle and family situation, as far as buying or renting a place to live. The investment is all pending what you can afford and what your needs are, especially once you consider the taxes, lawn to keep up, and other hidden expenses. Wheeling in the suburbs is indeed a different game, and you make it look easy.

Absolutely! Stretching yourself too thin and living beyond your means is a recipe for disaster. lol. Taxes are a whole other bag of worms! A 2million dollar house costs over $4,000 per month in taxes! Outrageous!

I'm living in a solar powered 40' bus house in Idaho. Not without its inconveniences, and I spent a year and a lot of savings learning and building it myself, but it avoids a lot of normal cost of living. Satisfying charging my wheel and cooling my house with the solar system I put together too.

Your wheel doesn't have suspension. Seems not very good for suburbs.
Bend those knees. The Sherman at 25 psi is fine for suburbs.
The suburbs and city are both full of imperfections! I’d love a suspension wheel one day but for now it’s knees-bent and eyes-open! Lolol
Question. What mode do you put your 360 camara while recording?

I put it on 4K60 mode usually, 360 view.
I like to export at 80mbps, 59.9 frames, 3840 resolution. No colorboost, no motion plus. Once exported I like to color grade it in iMovie on Mac OS and export in 4K all the way up (but not ProRes).
