If the original one was sampled by the Jamestown massacre and the following two was sampled from the original then that means they are all sampled from the Jamestown massacre
*Number 2 is the best version for two reasons.* 1) Although, number 1 has a darker vibe to it, pitched down with a slower cadence doesn’t do the song justice. It takes away the power from specific lyrics timed with exclamatory beats-Which takes away from the msg of the song. It’s too distracting. 2) While I’ll always pay homage to the Original, the echoes and somewhat tuned out mumble of the song, gives it the nostalgia that people enjoy when hearing an old song being revamped for the music culture. It gives the original song another chance at rekindling it’s legacy, imprinted by those who lived through those past experiences, and also fueled by the younger generations who searched it up after being impacted by Number 2s relevancy.

Oh the pitched down one us original
@@jadys3653 she knows slowed + reverb
J Cole's is the best, normal pitch, so good
They sampled kids dying and a lot of people being massacred
They actually sampled an audio of a massacre (Jonestown). It’s kids screaming
No they didn't that's just a conspiracy theory
Which part I remember being around 2:00-2:30
Oh, my cousin said there was kids screaming, i listened to the ORIGINAL audio and heard nothing on full volume so J.cole mightve deleted the screaming

Sample sound really good
You don’t wanna know what the original sample is
Tt version give me the most chills
Their all are good and I like 2
(All are good but my fav fav is number 2)😊😊
It's giving me chills
Cult’s version hands down the best, but J. Cole’s version you can bump in the ride
The one in the middle, but i loved the first one haha
I'd say the first one I like how slow the beat and sound is and how chilling it is when he says "oh I, oh i".
1: Something bad is coming for you 😱😱😨😰
2: It's getting closer 😬
3: it's...*sigh*...still getting closer. 😮💨

The fact that 3 was sampled from the jamestown masacre tape is bone chilling

1 and 3 sound so so good
The beat j Cole adds makes it better. So Cole, but the original is hard.
1st version fits the vibe of the song, 2 adds life in it
1 and 2 are awesome
But 3 is amazing too and it's original

Fun fact: the person who made the original sound was a cult leader who poisoned his entire cult
Jim Jones
No the cult was much older from 1978 it was a sample from a 44 minute long death tape.
