@@SocialistDog Thats awesome! I would recommend a Mandalorian helmet. It doesn't have much detail so you are able to sand it quite well and they dont take long to print, and the paint job is also not to challenging.😊
do you have to scale the motorization pieces i,m not sure because if i scale them up then the mg90s servos would be to small but at 100 percent scale the helmet would be way two small
@automobilealfredo the servos wont fit into the holder but if you glue the servos on the platform they will be fine. The case is more just for the ease know where to put it. For the servos to fit into the gears use the little attachments that come with the servos, cut and glue them into the arm and that will be perfect.
Thank you this was very informative and helpful!! Love the step by step process.

Hi, I would agree a Mandalorian helmet would be perfect to begin with there are a few pre cut for smaller printers that can be found on Thingiverse
how do you assemble the motorization brackets
@automobilealfredo The files come with instructions and there are mounting brackets in the file
@Cre8_Xtrusion i already purchased the files and could not find any instructions are they in a PDF?
@automobilealfredo Possibley, but if you print the hinges and look at the images provided you should be able to finger out where each part goes😊
@Cre8_Xtrusion were there instructions included with your files?
@automobilealfredo cant remember, but i just tend to use the photos
do you have to scale the motorization pieces i,m not sure because if i scale them up then the mg90s servos would be to small but at 100 percent scale the helmet would be way two small
@automobilealfredo You can! But you have to be a little creative with were the servos sit. There may be a bit of cutting to make things fit
@Cre8_Xtrusion so would i have to scale the servo arms up to 151% scale for it to work
@automobilealfredo scale them to what size the helmet will be e.g. 121% for the helmet make all the arms 121%
@Cre8_Xtrusion OK and what about the part that holds the servos but also wouldn't that make the gears of the servos not fit
@automobilealfredo the servos wont fit into the holder but if you glue the servos on the platform they will be fine. The case is more just for the ease know where to put it.

Thx
All good
