Aldis was still under NWA contract when this was recorded. Not sure if I’d call him a “mainstay wwe star” as he hasn’t been with the company for long & plays the role of smackdown GM… never an in-ring talent
Saw Nick for the first time about 15 years ago at an independent show in rock ferry(Merseyside) I was about 10/11 years old. We paid to get to meet him after the show an I always remember him being a class act to me and my mother.
Nick Aldis seems like a really cool dude, glad he's managed to land upward in the WWE after his great run in the NWA. Hope he gets to wrestle in WWE at some point!
I stopped watching wrestling around 2011 and I really enjoyed IMPACT. It was around when Powerrr and AEW started I began to watch again. I saw Aldis and I was like "no way that is Magnus". What a success story. Love it. This is a treat. He also makes a great point about outside observers watching wrestling. Even I can barely stand most of what comes out now. Wacky stuff is no buys for causal audience. This interview was fantastic. Worth the patreon. Hopefully there are more like it in the future
Nick Aldis' persona and charisma always reminded me of anther Nick.....Bockwnkel. I always see something of him in the promos. Likewise with a shoot interview such as this. Bockwinkel did very few in his life, but they were always genuine and entertaining. Bockwinkel I consider the greatest wrestler that ever lived, so that is high praise from me.
Thanks so much for uploading this. Ive watched your Ring Ka King series about 3/4 times over the past couple of years and just showed your Ring Ka King vid to a friend of mine just last night! This is peak audio whilst I smack like with a brick.
Frustrated. He wanted to do things his own way and sort out his visa. We’ve gone back and forth every month with no progress. He told me 100% Jan which is why I did that promo video for him. Then nothing. I told him that we do it my way now. Unfortunately This year has been filled with bad things for me and I haven’t got round to tackling it. Things are slowly improving now. I’m still holding the donations. I’m very annoyed because this was going to be a huge thing for me and I was really excited to film the documentary and do something positive. We’ve not run out of options but it’s kinda on me to sort out his visa now and I’m waiting for my life to quiet down a bit before I tackle this.
Wow. A current mainstay WWE star is a fan of your channel.
Im sure other stars are fans too

Wait what? WWE let's him defend the NWA title? I didn't even know he was still NWA champ.
@@timhall5382 Because he isn't. EC3 is.
@@TAK1997 ah.
Realizing this is the GM of smackdown after being a fan of the channel for a while. So happy to see where you’ve gone

Fantastic. Fair play for getting him.
This is a huge get. Congrats.
That’s pretty cool that Nick put the boys onto Marky’s channel
Commenting on every new video until J&J security gets a video
congrats my man!
Nick Aldis is in the Shuv It Zone
Great interview!
I wonder if he knows about Barood’s IG account unless he’s not allowed to follow him
I literally didn't recognize him as Magnus sitting down.
The Chris Masters rib story had me cracking up.
AWESOME JOB BRO!
He'll always be Oblivion to me
I like your interview style you just let them talk never have to worry about you interrupting
Nick Aldis is in the Hawk Zone
Hell yea brother
NAH THE SHOVE IT MAN GOT THIS INTERVIEW?
RING KA KINGGGGGGGGG
is this a reupload? I remember watching the interview few years ago.
It is, they were talking about Jimmy Rave..
yeah
It’s never been on RUclips. There was clips used before but never the full interview
MarkyD talking to people from the Big TV
Damn this is why one should invest in better webcams nick!
Ring Ka king was more entertaining than Aew is right now even if it was in a silly way.
We Indians might have the most bland taste in wrestling but we sure as hell are gonna be entertaining in a way
Baroud update?

@@Markyd123 Dang... maybe a work visa or sponsor? I hope he gets his chance.
Should have asked him why he let Bron Breakker go to Raw /s
How? This interview was done whilst Magnus was NWA champ
