Very helpful video to understanding the capability of MAXSURF to model and analyse multihull vessels in particular.
For anyone interested in just a particular module here are some of the sections you could roll forward to (although to see aspects in context of course you should then refer back to earlier modeling, hydrostatics and so on:
    start, intro modelling and overview
    6 minutes Hydrostatics
    7 minutes simple Motions
    19 minutes trimming surfaces
    20:30 Resistance in calm
    26:20 Motions
    34 Stability - modeling requirements
37 Rooms, Loadcases, Damage for catamarans
39 Stability Criteria, Heeling Arms, Calculations
    followed by customisable criteria

will try to do that, however there are sample models with bulbs which will help, for example: Sample Modelling Features\TankerBow; Sample Designs\Ships\ContainerShip

oh boy thank you for this video! Would you mind to make one for trimarans?

Thanks :-) For a trimaran, just add another symmetrical surface (or surfaces) on that close onto the centreline plane. There are a few examples that are installed with Maxsurf: Sample Designs\Multihulls\Trimaran

How did you make those two surfaces sir? Those 2 at the last part?

Use the one of the commands in the Surfaces menu: Move, Rotate, Mirror and tick the "Duplicate" box in the dialog
