      @@donnaerno1270 God & The Universe are co creators together. Einstein & Tesla understood this balance. Astronomy & astrology go hand in hand. One does not exist with the other & vice versa. But astrology has become "pseudoscience" as part of the Obedience Academy's intention to keep us on the hamster wheel. Same with God. They deny him to destroy us. They say they believe, in order to use Him to manipulate us into both continued war & conversely, conformity. God uses alchemy to manipulate the laws of the universe when necessary, I believe. For the most part though, I believe He allows scales to balance & the pendulum to swing, as it naturally does. I also don't believe he is this violent, punishing, obey & worship me, & ignore your heart & intuition to blindly follow textbook(s).
      I also know enough to know that I don't know shit. So...there's my strong & unsolicited opinions for yah lol take care

    I like how these reminders come when you need them most. The State of the World right now is very difficult to deal with, way too much unnecessary suffering and deceit from our leaders has soured my view, then along comes this reminder, I need to find my Calm, again.

      In other video, Abraham tells us we have no right to try and change another's path (even goodwill intended), let alone the world's direction (world peace, balanced environment, etc). I don't know if that's right or wrong, but since I heard it, I have been able to garner some sense of internal relief/peace, that I'm not responsible for the entire planet and, I don't have to spend my entire life trying to fixt it.       @@petuniayen2633 You are very welcome. I spent my whole life as a humanitarian, financial equality and environmental warrior. WhennI heard Abraham's message, I was stunned. Stop dead in my tracks. And for the first time in my life I was told to focus on me. That was something my parent had trained me never to do. I try to focus on me now, decades of training self sacrifice make it hard. But, I am getting there. I am trying to practice self love as Abraham describes it and tells us to practise it.

      I feel your pain. Have comfort in knowing we all chose to do this. We want to learn and understand emotions. Everyone chose this, we just don't remember. The "game" is to remeber who we are. Once that happens the world will vibrate on a higher frequency, as will humans (those who aren't vibrating higher will be stuck here with the "sick" planet until they learn what is needed) and we will be on an utopia of pure blizz and love and laughing about this whole thing :-p. ...on a side note ppl:God/Chakras/Aliens/Science is all more connected than ppl have the coociousness to understand. They are all the same thing. Just wait ya'll.

    I can listen to this woman a whole day! A whole week even months!
    Our school system needs to be restructure into this type of education to fully discover or reconnect to our true potential.

      These teachings are life’s Most important lessons. I’m certain if I would have been educated as a child, life would be very different and my children would be much better off as well. But hey - better late than never, right?!

    I started meditating for 5 minutes every day. I focus on my breathing. When a thought pops in my head, I just go back to focusing on breathing. Before long I was meditating for 30 minutes and didn’t even realize.❤️

    While you are in your heart mind when negative thoughts "pop up", know its just "programming", & let it just flow on out of your mind, tell yourself "its just programming" then your thoughts are clear ❤❤ this i call alchemizing & holding the vibration❤❤ this vibration in your heart, feels almost like magnetic love, this is healing❤❤❤

      For me its a retraining process. I am working on retraining my brain to think positive thoughts and to block out negative energy. Coming from a toxic family that loved drama this is a major process.

      I also use soffegio frequencies, i use 432 Hz & at night i use 963Hz when i meditate, i count up to 6 upon inhalation. Hold for 6, then exhale for 6 seconds❤ I do this especially when i have difficult time clearing my thouvhts, it helps, there are times it works so well i am clear for days❤ keep in mind when thoughts pop uo, they are programming, & u let them roll out of your mind, this helps alot❤

    Great conversation. I just wish to add to it by saying, there are 3 forms of meditation. 1 is classical meditation, as we normally think of meditation, silencing the mind. 2 is contemplation. 3 is prayer. Also, listening to something inspirational like this video, or reading and listening to inspirational books and music also helps to shift focus from unwanted to wanted thoughts. I would also add that being closer to the Creator is the reason for meditation. Silencing our minds allows us to hear the Creator's Will for us. The spirit whispers, hence meditation, in all it's forms. To tabernacle with the Creator is to be with the Creator.

    The sound I like to focus on is one that I create myself. Om and Ah are my starting point. Nothing takes me there quicker than sound meditation. Dancing to music also puts me in the zone.

    Visited a country town in Victoria and felt something in my soul. Took a demotion to transfer to the police station here. The whole family live here now, it’s our soul home. When my son was 4, (he was born here), he pointed out a very old house and said we lived there before cars. I laughed at him, saying we never lived there, he argued with me which was unusual for him and was insistent. Years later, after the whole family is here, including my grandparents, we find out that GGGrandfather had indeed lived here, in the house that my son pointed out. For us, it explains the love we have for this beautiful town, there was a connection already, we just never knew. I am at peace here and will never leave, my soul belongs here..

    i studied TM in college. I was taught then that we simply change our brain waves to Alpha. Since then I've had prophetic dreams, as if my mind was a receiver. As an artist I used Gamma waves. Our brains can do this.

    I am so so grateful that I took the warnings when I saw them back in 2012. We sold everything, an undeniable truth was exposed to us. One we couldn't avoid. We needed a change, a huge change.     Thank you for this very useful information! Part of getting free from the control that alcohol had over me, was learning how to be present. The main issue was figuring out HOW.
    What gave me the tool I was missing while I was trying to meditate, was ALLOWING my mind to wonder, and instead of getting frustrated with MYSELF, I simply let it run like an excited puppy, and after allowing the thought to occur, I then brought my focus back to my breathing.
    What kept me from maintaining a consistent sense of "present-ness" was trying too hard to get there, and blaming my own brain for not cooperating!
    "We're in the same body, bro...why can't we get on the same page?"
    The best way it was explained to me was, "You can't ever 'SILENCE' your brain completely, so simply focus on your breathing, and if a thought wants to pop up, like an internet add, give it a second to be... instead of trying to banish. Then pull your attention back to your breathing...and it is in that 'PULLING BACK' of your focus to your breathing that allows mind to get stronger at tuning out the unnecessary noise, which leaves you free in the present!"
    Not sure I did Jon Kabot-Zin justice with my paraphrased version, but hopefully some of that made sense!

    Gratitude:Thank you for making this video. I count my blessings every day and eventually I became a happier person. One day last week I was feeling a little down prior to going to bed. The next morning I woke up to a very loud cheerful musical dream: Top Of The World (a goody goody cheerful song / the Carpenters) not something I normally listen to. I quickly woke up and wrote down the dream and words - I think the entire 1st verse and Chorus. So good thoughts must be coming through for me. I now listen occasionally to that sweet uplifting song (not normally the music I like). I know good thoughts are coming through from my subconscious. I know I am actively changing my thought patterns for the better.

    I've been meditating for a long time and still can have trouble, but it helps me to listen to a guided meditation, takes my mind off "things." If you've read anything by Eckhart Tolle, he has an excellent method of concentrating on your hand (for example) and sense the aliveness of your hand, then move to your other hand, and sense the aliveness there, then arm, etc.....all the way through your body. When you've finished thoughts about "things" don't intrude so much and you're more present.

    This is so so so true, I usually have to start over multiple times but even if after my time is up I feel as if I only really meditated 1-2 minutes out of the 15, I still feel better, just spending that time even attempting to quiet my mind, getting away from everything and everyone for that short time it's beneficial.

    Nothing is impossible once u have faith and the laws of the Universe are on your side. A year ago even I could not even see myself here even if since I was a child I knew This world could be so much more, these are incredible times.
    Use the Sun on your meditations its like adding turbo. Lol. Love and Respect.

    When I catch myself thinking during meditation, I tend to acknowledge the thought. I hold the thought for a minute, 2, 3 or sometimes more (it happens 🤪) and then I just let it go. If I really, really struggle with the thought, I ask for help within the meditation and then the thought disappears magically. I hope that’s helpful for you.     Love the analogy of, have you ever watched a show and forgot the characters name or plot, have you ever been listening to someone and realized you didn’t hear anything they said. Then putting it together the fact we’re always doing these things just not aware. We humans always feel the need to do something, not just be and allow. Good stuff!

    My life is responding to the right vibes
    Example : I wanted a new car
    When I stopped worrying how to get it I chose a color and thought about the year & model , in 2 weeks time I walked
    into a car lot
    and baught my first car this year
    Oh I did my part befor hand worked on my credit , yet I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of it all
    The color you ask 🤔 Gold
    The cars white but I sit in luxurouse gold interior 😍

    Mantras are great for the wandering mind, as well as guided meditations. Another thing I found valuable when trying to get in the habit of meditation on a daily basis was instead of saying that i am going to do this for 10-15-30 minutes, whatever, i would say ONE MINUTE! I AM GOING TO MEDITATE FOR ONE MINUTE!!!
    Anyone can do ONE minute a day, and build from there. Build the HABIT then extend the time. All of these were game changers for my practice.

    Usually I can focus pretty well while meditating... but I found that putting on Indian flute meditating music... (you'll pick the best one that helps you relax); or, I'll chose soft rain or wave sounds that can really help focusing. Also, on RUclips, there's different frequency meditation sounds that you can meditate to and/or just sleep to... I'm a witness to the spinal nerve healing frequency, as my back has not been on fire lately... One Love... 💜

    Starting over and over during meditation is actually part of meditation, “ when the mind wanders, bring it back, again and again.” Noticing that the mind has wandered is part of the mindfulness of meditation. Some people can just go a little longer between wandering thoughts is all, but you’re still meditating perfectly well.

    I am very impressed with this descriptive analysis. I am in complete agreement and encourage anyone interested to listen to these words and explanation very carefully and try to understand and apply the suggestions. If done so, I am confident that the person will soon experience the desired state of mind and realize the directive to be exactly what is needed. The key is "to do". Many people speculate and always looking for "a way". One achieves by "doing". Continuously "doing". In Zen we say "sit". But what am I to do while sitting. Nothing, just "sit". Soon one "gets" a bit of "it" and they continue to "sit". Soon many realize the simple and obvious value of "sitting". So they continue to "sit", and that's "good".

    I do meditate at least 20 minutes a day and found it to be very very beneficial in my spiritual growth. I recommend everyone to try it for a least 6 months to see the benefits but some may see the positive things earlier.

    Yes and in order to not have to think about the negative things anymore we have to sit in meditation and allow ourselves to be where we are at in any given moment and allow ourselves to feel what we are feeling without resistance towards our emotions and without a desired outcome in mind. Just allow yourself to feel whatever you feel for an hour or two. We can allow ourselves to cry rivers of tears.

    I focus on chakras, colours of em and try and taste the colours..that usually helps scattered thinking and balances chakras..once I feel em pulsing on there own then I focus the feeling of the void

    I have used meditation 🧘‍♀️ for years. However, I got out of the habit of doing it for several years and I have been struggling lately to quiet my head enough to get back into it. I REALLY needed to hear this today. Thank you!!! 😊

    I've always used to say, I can't meditate, I can't write a book, I can't own my own business...until...I was forced...the world was forced to quiet down....2020...alot of people experienced it differently. Long story short, by following just this, sound baths cracked me open even farther, reuniting with my soul, I am writing a chapter in a multi-author book, I am working on my business strategy and left corporate America, I can meditate with ease and flow with sound frequency, my human design backs this up. Anything is possible!!! Reach for the moon and the stars 🌟

    This is excellent advice about learning how to meditate. Do not give up. I have very busy mind due to many factors. It literally took me 2 years to get to the point of feeling like I was truly meditating. (It may only take you one day.) But I am still just a beginner as I know exactly what she means when she speaks about receiving thoughts from inner being. That only happens a little bit for me so far, but I personally know friends who have that happening all day --even while not full on meditating. You will get there. Be patient with yourself. Trust the process. Congratulate yourself each and every time for your efforts, even if you feel like you accomplished nothing. Because you most definitely did accomplish creating a quiet place for yourself and sitting/lying down and resting your mind best you could in that moment. You accomplish something every single time.👍

    There are still small, affordable communities in Upstate NY. A 4th generation New Yorker (Manhattan, Upper West Side, West Village) I also lived for periods, Upstate. There are people there who have lived their lives without ever going to NYC. In my 80's now, I live in a quiet, tree lined area of L.A. and so enjoy the near perfect weather all year. My 3 children are also here, raising their families - they too, did not want to live in, raise their families in NYC. Perhaps, try summers Upstate, look around for a town that's a "good fit" for you and your family should you decide on a more permanent move. Good luck to you!

    Thanks for this short, info-packed video. Agree with other commenter on beginning meditation at 5minutes. It helped me to set a timer. After a couple days at that meditation length without wanting to run, I’d increase it by 5min. After a few weeks was at 30minutes & my days got better. Less chaotic. Benefits proved themselves, scientists that we each are, and I gladly added a 30min “clean out” med at end of day. Try it, you may find what u were looking for.

    Focus is a step in the process. True meditation begins when your mind becomes blank, in a way, you do not require focus. In the sixties we used cable flames. In the seventies, colors,…today even plants and smells work for me. My swami reminded a student that Krishna would meditate on the banks of the Ganges river, with insects crawling on him, flying around, so conditions do not have to be perfect or forced. Find a smell that takes you out of the moment and focus on it. Ester is correct m relax, just be.

    What people really NEED to know is that you will NEVER stop your mind. We're conscious beings and things will enter our minds constantly. We just need to learn to be observers of the thoughts and let them go. Don't dwell on them. Also, if you say "the" to yourself, your mind doesn't know what's coming next so repeating it will help you let go and calm your mind.

    SATAN loves CHAOS and FEAR. GOD and JESUS Christ are LOVE and Tranquility. I have been meditating since the age of 12, I am now 75 years old. Meditation places me next to Jesus who loves you and I so, slow down, sit down, take a deep breath and keep your eyes slightly open so you can focus on a light from a candle or blade of grass. Do this twice a day at first then later in your journey you will be Meditating while walking, making love slowly, cooking, etc. Your world will change because you feel peaceful inside and Sooooooo happy outside.
    As a Christian, my closeness to God has grown each day through Meditating on God's wonders around me.

    There are many guided meditation videos here on youtube. They help many people redirect their thoughts and quiet the mind. Meditation improves with practice. Sometimes one just needs some guidance to find that quiet place before trying on their own. Search youtube for guided meditation and whatever to want to achieve... quiet mind, sleep, calm anxiety, healing, or whatever. It's so worth the practice. Once practiced enough, a person can take a few deep breaths and quiet their mind on an elevator ride, at a red light, on a train, or any other opportunity that presents itself. It's so practical and so helpful.

    When I was a kid I remember being able to let my mind drift off to this really peaceful place and I would have the outside world blocked out . Someone would call my name and I didn't notice and it was only when they touched me that would pull me back. It was so peaceful in that place that I just wanted to stay there and it was refreshing. Almost like I had slept! Is that what meditation is like?

    Spend as much time as you can in parks, by the ocean, in forests, and any other natural setting near you. The natural settings will calm your mind and enable easy communication with your Creator.

    Very smart advice on meditating, only it didn't tell us anything about "They're Amongst Us". Nothing about the signs to recognize whether we are one of them that I heard.

    9:55. What do you think daily prayer is?
    Since I was a child I did not get asked too?
    I did not get told too? I knew I was centered when
    I prayed and now nearly 55 years later
    I don’t have to transform, or think, meditate, believe or not believe it’s part of my being.
    Just think if people wouldn’t discourage or discriminate against children praying how it would become their attunement without everyone getting all hairy about how horrible it is for a child to pray.
    Instead of waiting till your 30 to follow that golden thread of acknowledgment just think if you were only 7.

    I love what you say about our vibrations. Because when I am driving, I got this thing I'm my head you cannot drive and this give me anxiety. I do not like speed my mind tells me it's dangerous.     You can also meditate whilst doing something creative; sew, paint, write,craft, garden....when you lose yourself creatively you will feel more wellbeing.
