Rolls Ingredients all purpose flour 60g. baking soda 1/4 tea spoon baking powder 1/4 tea spoon egg 1 sugar 30g. milk 40ml. vanilla extract 1/2 tea spoon Thai tea & white chocolate custard Ingredients milk 1cup Thai tea powder 2 tea spoon egg yolk 3 sugar 40g. all purpose flour 10g. corn starch 10g. white chocolate compound 20g. To make custard 1. Put some milk and Thai tea powder into a pan, stir in the low heat. 2. Mix egg yolks and sugar in another bowl, then add all purpose flour and corn starch. Mix until they are combined. 3. Pour the liquid batter (from 1.) into the bowl, stir again and pour the batter through a filter to leave out some excess tea powder. 4. Put the batter into the heat again and stir until it is cooked (become thicker). 5. Turn off the heat, add some chopped white chocolate compound and stir again. 6. Put the custard into another bowl to reduce the heat, cover it with a plastic wrap. To make rolls 1. Put all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda together, and stir. 2. Add egg, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and stir from the middle to the outer circle. 3. Pour 1 tea spoon of the roll batter onto a low heat pan and use the spoon to expand the batter. 4. Put some Thai tea custard on top, then roll it. 5. Repeat the process. (in this recipe, you can make approximately 50 pieces.) #Please note that the roll is like a thin slide, so you will get a crispy texture.
