The doppler gate for LVOT, using PW, would be slightly above the aortic valve leaflets (Not on the tip of the valve leaflet, but slightly above the leaflets). Hope that helps

Excellent video Bridget, congratulations to Gulf Coast Institute, very informative in short time.
FINALLY a simple and great video! Completely understood!
The best video ever on this topic!!!
Excellent presentation 👌👌👌👌👌
thank you very much... very informative and simple
Would have liked a closeup of exactly where you put the gate before dopplering the LVOT

@@nesrinslewa4815 One should note a 'closing click' immediately after the LVOT waveform if you're in the optimal place.

@@emmanouilbagiartakis6689 thank u
Super!! 👍🏻👍🏻
Great job , thanks
Thanks miss 😊
Your Doppler is not aligned properly zoom lvot to measure it's more accurate
outstanding! Looks like im subscribing.
EXCELLENT
very good
tyy mam i m having same machine good explains tyy so much from dr pankaj mandloi love from indiaa
I think the LVOT VTI measurement is not correct - interrogation angle is not paralell with the flow direction, see 3:19
excellent thank you
Would you tell, how to measure CSA?
If you mean CSA of the LVOT, the machine calculates that based on your LVOT diameter :) see 2:50
Thanks
Good, but taking the numbers and inputting the into the formula and doing the calculation would have made this video much better.
ALWAYS ZOOM to measure LVOT. SAYS both ASE and BSE.
very good
